You wake up to darkness. You have no idea where you are or why you are here. In pure panic, you stumble out of wherever you are. You find hard ground below and fall onto your knees. The hardwood floor is unyielding and you cry out in pain. Suddenly, you feel big hands scooping you up. You have tough time taking in a deep breath and that adds to your panic. Eyes wide, you start to flail and fight against who or whatever is holding you. All you know is you need to get out of here. Then JK turns on a bedside lamp illuminating the room. Being able to see your surroundings takes your panic down a couple of notches and allows you to breathe a little more steadily. You sit up and say, "Where am I?"

"We are home."

"I don't live here. This is your home and my hell. What were you doing with me in bed? How long have I been here? I need to get out of here. Please, Take me back. I can't be here. I can't be with you. You hurt me more than I can bare. I know that you knew what you did would end me. You are dead to me. Let me out of here. Where are my shoes?" You stumble around the room looking for your belongings.

"You said if I listened to what you had to say that you'd leave me alone. I listened. Now you need to hold up your side of the bargain and take me back to my car. You promised. Now you have to stick to it. Don't come find me, don't look for me. As far as you are concerned, I died in the car crash with my parents. Do you understand?"

"Baby girl, you are really in no shape to drive."

"Stop fucking calling me that! I am not your fucking baby girl and I'm not your Sweetness. Or is that what you call all the women you fuck? Some generic term to charm the ladies. Is that what you called Priscilla while you had your dick inside her, fucking her? Whispering sweet nothings in her ears?

"No wait...I'm the asshole here. Shit, I keep forgetting. I should have listened to my gut and shut that door when I had the chance. Just forget it, just take me back to my car and forget I ever existed. Remember, that's what you promised. I listened to what you had to say, and now you have to leave me alone forever. If you can't do that, I'll have to leave again. Please, don't make me have to disappear again."

You are now crying again. You think to yourself, "When is this going to stop hurting?"

You find your shoes and hastily put them on. "If you are not going to take me back, then I'll find my way back. I don't need you. You are the one that continues to make me feel like this. Like I want to not exist anymore, I just want to dissolve into thin air and just scatter in the wind. You did that. Fuck this. You can stay here and fuck whomever you want and hurt whoever you want. But I'm never going to let you do that to me again." You run to the elevator door and pray that it comes fast. Because if you have to hear his voice one more time, you don't think you can make it. "God, please make this stop. Please either make the pain stop or take me away. Don't you think I've been through enough in this life? Don't I deserve a rest?"

The elevator door dings and opens. You rush in and press the button for the lobby. The last thing you see if JK standing there in his pajama pants with utter confusion and guilt in his eyes. When the elevator door opens you spill out into the lobby. You look around for help. The security guard that was there is no longer at the reception desk, so you walk out into the street. As you try to figure out what to do, you hear a voice behind you, "Ma'am, do you need help?" It's the same voice that asked you that same question earlier today. You turn to find him sitting on a bench. "I wasn't sure what to do for you, but I thought I would wait as long as I can to see if you needed help."

You walk up to him and say, "Sir, I am not like this usually, but I desperately need you to give me a ride back to my car. It's only about 10 to 15 minutes from here. I realize that it's late and I know it's asking for a lot from a stranger, but I don't know where else to turn to. Please help me."
