"What did you just say?" it was Bellamy, who asked in his gruff voice.

For the moment I ignored him and kept trying to get Freya to meet my eyes. Her face was twitching in my hand. "Freya" I whispered in a soft voice. My hand slipped over her stomach easily from the blood and grabbed her hip. "Freya" I tried again. But her face continued to twitch and her eyes darted wildly around the room.

"That's impossible. We heard from Bekka that Freya died. And the kid said so too" Bellamy said. His sentence was followed by sniffles coming from the others. Then I could hear his boot hit the floor as he stepped closer. "It's been her this whole time, has it?" he growled.

I yanked the sword from Freya's hand and swung around to hit the gun out of his out stretched hand. At the same time I continued to support Freya against the wall. "Back off, there is more happening here than you know" I seethed. Easily, I twisted the sword in my hand so the blade was pointed at him now.

In the midst of my stare down with Bellamy, Clarke slowly stood up. "It was my friend?" she quietly questioned to herself. "She killed my mom" it was barely audible.

"Clarke" Raven called and reached for her shoulder. Her along with the other two that I don't recognize set their hands on her. "Are you okay?"

"Get out"

"Clarke"

The blonde whipped out her gun and aimed it right at Freya, "Get her out before I kill her."

I let out a calculated grunt and lowered the sword to my side. Someone overcome by grief was unpredictable, that I knew all too well. I took Freya into my arms. She was mumbling something that I couldn't make out. It was almost like she was having a conversation with someone. Together we stepped over the boy that came from the sky with her. "If anyone follows and Freya is harmed you'll never know why" I spoke to the entire room but it was aimed at Clarke.

The hallway resembled a battlefield, a gruesome sight I was familiar with. I started to lead us away from the blood and carnage hoping to find a passage at least into the stedaunon. The bleeding appeared to have slowed where the doctor stabbed her. Finally I came to one of the passageways Aden clued me in on just after he woke me. Steering Freya into the room and through the air vent went smoother than I expected.

However, as soon as she stepped foot in the stedaunon her hand jerked to her side like a reflex to grab her sword. "Where is she" she snarled as the hushed conversation she was having with herself stopped. Freya stiffened and moved to go back through the air vent.

"Stop stop, Freya" I blocked her path and set my hands on her chest to hold her back.

She was pushing against me with most of her strength. "It is Blodreina's time to die. You cannot stop me this time, Gaia" she bit out.

My heart sank with the statement. Was this what Bekka meant when she said Freya wasn't ready. This was why she needed help before coming out.

I hardly recognized the woman who now forced my hold off her and attempted to strike me. Every punch she threw I dodged and avoided counter attacking. The sword hit the floor with a loud clatter. Instantly, Freya noticed and lunged for it. Grabbing the back of her leather top I yanked her away. "Now is not the time for another attack. Okay, your mind is splintered. You do not even know where you are, Freya" I yelled, though a tamed yell. For the second she was standing still, propped agains the wall. "Look at me" I carefully stepped close, "See me."

Her head twitched revealing how her beautiful dark hard clung to the blood marking her face. I could tell that her line of sight was just over my shoulder. Something was preventing her from fully looking upon me. In the lowest voice I've ever heard she said, "I deserve justice. That is what I will get."
