Lexa

"Just go, I will handle this" I commanded Clarke. She hesitated but ultimately left us. The door slamming echoed off the walls of the small room. It was a little bigger than Freya's room but she wasn't going to get around me. I raised my sword in front of myself defensively. Raven's magnet was weighing down my pocket. I just have to find away to get it on her.

Bekka cocked her head to the side and smirked. "Are you going to cut me, Lexa? Oh that's right, you can't" she ran her hand along the table edge. "This is still Freya's body after all. I know you want to be with her again. Maybe after she's gone we can hook up" she taunted.

"I won't have to damage her body to get you out of it" I hissed.

Suddenly, she tossed a sword up from the table behind her and caught it out of the air. "That's a shame because I have no problem cutting right through you" she said. She advanced using one of Freya's favorite moves.

I blocked the swing and twisted my sword to the left to stop the up-swing that'd be coming. "I know Freya's mind. I know her moves. You'll have to do better than that" I told her. I could defend against her until I could knock the sword out of her hand.

"I supposed you do" she tried to distract me from her next move. I jumped back to avoid it. "We'll just have to see if you can keep up" she smirked.

She attacked me with a barrage of swings and chops but I held my ground. She was too obvious. If she wants to get past me the first tactic anyone would use would be to try to overwhelm me. "Freya's very good but I was the commander for a reason" I said, countering her attacks. I moved just slow enough for Bekka to block but I succeeded in moving her further away from the door.

"Ah yes commander Lexa. The woman who probably should've stayed alone. I mean if you hadn't let Freya fall in love with you she wouldn't have been in constant pain for the last eight years over your death" Bekka said.

Our swords clashed loudly. "I did absolutely everything to get back to her" I bit out. I wouldn't apologize for loving Freya. I wouldn't go back to the days of to be commander is to be alone. I wasn't commander anymore I was only here to safe her. Thinking about what Bekka was doing to Freya right now made me grit my teeth. Whatever it was Freya would get out of. She could handle it. She was coming back to me.

"Are you thinking about her right now?" Bekka asked teasingly. We pushed against our swords. She tilted her head like she was watching something. "She was making such great progress too. It's a shame she had her set back" she said.

I swung around meeting her sword in a different block. "You lured her out. Aden could have brought Andi home without an issue and you know that" I glared.

Bekka chuckled, "of course he could have but I needed that last push before I could connect. I told Freya the man who tortured her would be there and the doctor who wouldn't lift a finger to help her." Then she shivered. "And look at me now" she said. This time she moved almost as if Freya did with a sword. She followed me to the other side of the room stabbing and swinging at me. It didn't last as long as Freya would have. Bekka was starting to subtly pant. She didn't have the same physical stamina as Freya.

When she attacked me again I studied her. She was slowing down but not because she was tired. No, she was getting distracted. Every few seconds she would snap back. Every time she attacked me she had to think about it. However, I blocked easily on instinct. If she wasn't in Freya's body I could have killed her along time ago.

Maybe I could reach Freya. She was in control once. She fought hard against Bekka to stay out then. With her distracted in a fight with me maybe Freya could really stay out longer. "Freya, I know you are in there. I know you can hear me" I spoke firmly.
