DAY 1
Okay so for this first day I wanted to say my period started yesterday.
Great.
Anyway I'm going to do some side planks and stuff like that to get an hourglass weight.
And now since we're in summer vacation I go on a bicycle ride everyday so my legs might get more toned.
If I have time I'm going to do these exercices :
Idk what I'm going to eat but I don't have a choice for what I'm gonna eat sorry.
I'm gonna tell you soon but it's currently 12:40 so I haven't eaten yet
This morning I ate corn flakes
I just ate lunch and it was rice and ham
You could think that's good but I ate four cookies after that (fuck myself)For dinner I ate spaghetti Bolognese and Eaton mess for desert
If u don't know what eatonmess is well it's a desert made with SUGAR.
I didn't do any of the exercises but I walked a lot and went on bicycle rides
I hate myself... I'll never manage to lose weight if I keep this up...
