breakfast: green tea 🍵 and a chocolate crepe
lunch: Chicken 🍗 and for dessert some sort of little cake and a yogurt
Snack: Crêpe and green tea 🍵

Wednesday :
breakfast: nothing, i woke up late and had to rush to school
lunch: sandwich
snacks: mini toblerone and haribo sweets 🍬
Dinner: Noodles 🍜
Didn't do any workout but did a lot of walking

Thursday:
Breakfast: Green tea 🍵
Lunch: Mashed potatoes and for dessert a tiny chocolate cake
Dinner: Chorizo sandwich and kinder bueno four hours later
