breakfast: corn flakes

Lunch: nothing because my dad wasn't here and I wasn't hungry

I did a little exercise for my waist and lower belly. I don't have the links but it was short, effective and really nice.

For dinner my dad will be here.

Dinner: THAT WAS WEIRD

Two little steaks, macaroni mixed with green beans and chili beans hmhm

But it was actually pretty good
