DAY 3
For breakfast I had corn flakes
For lunch a burger with fries and a chocolate brownie but I when cycling for like 20 minutes and I think I burned a lot of fat, I was soooo tired and really felt the burn
I did 30 crunches and 15 bicycle crunches
