Hi guys! so the other night i did not workout but I'm dancing right now and I'm sweating sooooo much
I've been dieting since monday and today is thursday so it's going pretty well. It's not a diet when i have to eat all healthy because i wouldn't be able to keep it very long since in my family we eat a lot. I'm doing a no sugar diet. I have one cheat day, and it's saturday. It's very hard to keep it that way but i'm pushing through.

Tuesday lunch in school: carrots bites and an apple for dessert.
Tuesday dinner: cucumbers 🥒 and avocado 🥑 (i hate avocado but i ate everything anyways) and for dessert some melon 🍈
Wednesday lunch: a salad with an egg, some ham slices, salad, and cold pasta (there was also an edible fork 😂😂😂) for dessert some dark chocolate (i know...)
