Day 1
Monday:
Breakfast: kiwi, cereal and green tea
lunch: semolina and chicken, bread, an apple, and compote
dinner: omelette, risotto, salad and a yogurt
Workout done ✅
I took breaks in between the different videos so it was okay
I ate a lot for dinner because after i finished the omelette and the salad I still felt super hungry. Like Idk what happened to me but i felt like i didn't eat anything. Kinda scary ngl

Day 2
Tuesday:
breakfast: kiwi
lunch and dinner: forgot to update so i don't remember sorry
My step dad was there and i was scared to do it and i ended up only doing one workout out of three for the day

Day 3
Wednesday:
breakfast: probably nothing
lunch: nothing
snack: potato chips (salt and vinegar)
dinner: pizza regina and for dessert a tiny chocolate cake
No workout I went out with my dad and didn't do it before
Workout: ❎

Day 4:
Thursday :
breakfast : kiwi 🥝
lunch: rice 🍚 and chicken 🍗 for dessert a yogurt with sugar already put in it
dinner: crêpe bretonne is a french thing , it's a crepe with cheese, ham and an egg in the middle

Day 5:
Friday:
breakfast: chocolate crepe and kiwi
lunch:

Workout: i danced a lot and did one workout for now

Day 6
Saturday:
Don't remember everything I just remember I did hip hop and ate hehe 😜
I don't remember WHAT i ate tho
lunch: pasta
dinner: tiny burrata and four potatoes (restaurant)
No workout

Day 7
Sunday:
breakfast: Mookie, muffincookie 😂
lunch: don't remember
dinner: i think risotto or smth like that
no workout
