I'm planning to lose 2 kgs by the end of the month. even though i'm on my period and i might lose five days i'm gonna try to cut snacks and watch i eat.
Current weight: 56.5 kgs Goal weight: 40-45 kgs
Monthly goals: End of June: 54 kgs (-2,5 kgs) End of July: 50 kgs (-4 kgs) August: 48 kgs (-2 kgs) End of August: 46 kgs (-2 kgs) And then I'll see.
How do I plan to do so? Eating: Snacks allowed: Fruits Are not allowed : sugary foods, too much salt, too much butter, too much food, sodas
Exercising: Antifragile 10 times a day Love dive twice a day Wannabe 4 times a day 2ne1 mashup 5 times a day Learn new choreo every two weeks
I calculated and that would be an around two hours and 40 minute workout. Yep.
Okay i've already danced to antifragile 5 times, love dive once, wannabe 0 and 2ne1 mashup twice.
I'm gonna go finish.
So! I just finished. Since my period was painful i had to stop so i only did antifragile 9 times and i didn't complete the 2ne1 mashup either.

I am so stupid. I drank soda. And gained 3 grams back. I was so happy to be at 56.1 because that meant i was closer to being at 55 kgs! But anyway it's okay.
