It's been 16 hours since Scott, Stiles and Allison went under and they still haven't woken up. Leo, Isaac and Lydia were looking at them worriedly. After calming down in the woods, Leo made his way back.

Flashback ~ 15 hours earlier

Lydia, Isaac and Deaton were watching over Scott, Stiles and Allison when they heard the front door open. They all looked worried when they heard footsteps. A few moments later, Leo walked on the room and the three sighed in relief. Lydia rushed over and hugged him. "Don't scare us like that." Lydia said. Leo hugged back. "Sorry." Leo said. Lydia pulled away and saw he didn't have any injuries. "Why did you run?" Lydia asked. Leo sighed. "The way you all looked at me." Leo said. Lydia looked at him sadly.

"When I looked like that. You all looked at me like I was a monster. So, I just ran." Leo said, looking down at the floor. "You aren't a monster." Deaton said. Leo scoffed. "Have you seen me? My eyes are hollow, my mouth is fused shut. When I'm like that, I'm an abomination of nature." Leo said. "You aren't an abomination. You are Leo Carter. My best friend. Who happens to be a siren. I don't care if you're the devil himself. I will always care about you and I will never see you as a monster." Lydia said. Leo shook his head. "Even the devil looks better than I do when I'm like that." Leo said.

"Well, that is definitely up for debate." Lydia said. Leo smiled lightly. "I don't even know what I can do. All I know is that I can make people jump out of windows by humming." Leo said. " I can help you. As you are one of the first sirens, you have mainly abilities. And I can help you learn to use and control them." Deaton said. Leo nodded gratefully. "When I was reading about what I am, it said that there was only one left of the first sirens. If I am one of these sirens, then..." Leo said. "It is very likely that you are related to that siren." Deaton said. Leo nodded.

He then looked at Scott, Stiles and Allison. "We have bigger things to worry about right now than me." Leo said.

Present

Suddenly, Allison gasps awake from the ice bath. Scott and Stiles gasp awake as well and climb out of the tubs. The three looked at Leo, Deaton, Lydia and Isaac. "I saw it. I know where it is." Scott said. "We passed it. There's-there's a stump... this huge tree-- well, it's not huge anymore, it was cut down-- but it's still big, though! Very big!" Stiles said. "It was the night we were looking for the body--" Scott said and Stiles cut him off. "Yeah, the same night you were bitten by Peter." Stiles said. "I was there, too, in the car with my mother. We almost hit someone." Allison said. "It was me-- you almost hit me." Scott said stunned.

He then looked at Leo, Lydia, Deaton and Isaac. "We can find it." Scott said. They then noticed their expressions. "...What?" Allison asked. "You guys were out a long time..." Isaac said hesitantly. "How long is a long time?" Stiles asked. Leo gulped. "Sixteen hours." Leo said. Scott, Stiles and Allison looked at them shocked. "We've been in the water for sixteen hours???" Scott asked incredulously. Deaton nodded. "And the full moon rises in less than four." Deaton said.

Later

After, drying off, Scott said that he wanted to go back to Deucalion. "No, dude-- you are not going back with them." Stiles said. "I made a deal with Deucalion--" Scott said but was cut off. "Does anyone else think that sounds a lot like a deal with the devil?" Stiles asked. Leo nodded. "Why does it matter, anyway?" Isaac asked. "Because I still don't think that we can beat Jennifer without their help." Scott said. "He trusts you more than anyone-- tell him he's wrong." Allison said to Deaton. "I'm not so sure he is..." Deaton said hesitantly. Everyone looked at him with mixed looks of shock and confusion. "Circumstances like this sometimes require that you align with people you'd normally consider enemies." Deaton said.
