Martin House

Leo and Lydia were sat in Lydia's room trying to come up with a way to find Scott and Kira. "What if we used something that belonged to them." Lydia said. Leo looked confused. "What?" Leo asked. "Remember when you held Deaton's keys and you basically saw what he was seeing and what he was feeling. So, what if we used something from either Scott or Kira to give us and idea of where they are." Lydia said. Leo looked skeptical but it was the best idea they had at the moment. "Ok. We can give it a try." Leo said. "The school isn't that far. We can get something from one of their lockers." Lydia said. "Ok." Leo said.

"And we're taking your car." Lydia said. Leo smiled at her. "Of course we are." Leo said. Lydia smiled. "Yes. We are." Lydia said, kissing his cheek and walking out of the room. Lydia had done that action a million times but this time Leo felt weird. But he couldn't tell if it was a good weird or a bad weird. He shook his head before following after her. When they were outside, Leo unlocked his car and they both climbed into the car. Leo started the car and started driving to the school.

Later ~ Beacon Hills High School

Lydia and Leo arrived at the school and were looking through Kira's locker for something to use. Lydia pulled out a jacket and Leo shrugged. "That should work." Leo said. Lydia handed him the jacket and Leo tried to focus. "I hope this works..." Lydia said. Before Leo could do anything, they heard growling behind them. Leo and Lydia ducked just as something punched the lockers. They both looked up and saw a berserker stood there. "Run!" Leo shouted. He grabbed Lydia's hand and started running away from the berserker. They both ran into the basement and ran into a dead end. "Damn it." Leo said. They both turned around and saw the berserker stood there. But it wasn't moving towards them. Just stood there, looking at them.

"Why isn't it doing anything?" Leo asked. "I don't think it wants us to leave." Lydia said. "Why?" Leo asked. "I don't know." Lydia said. Leo sighed. He started looking for his phone but couldn't find it. "I think I dropped my phone back there." Leo said. "Me too." Lydia said. "Okay. We can't leave and we can't communicate with our friends. And we have a berserker watching over us. Great." Leo said sarcastically. "Not helping." Lydia said. "Sorry. I get sarcastic in situations like this. You know that." Leo said.

Later

Mason Hewitt wanders around checking empty classrooms, looking for Leo and Lydia. "Lydia? Leo?" Mason called out. He eventually finds Kira's jacket, Leo's phone and Lydia's phone in the stairwell. "No wonder they're not answering..." Mason said. He tries to turn on Lydia's phone and gets a photo of a berserker. "What the hell?" Mason asked. A shadow falls over him, and he looks up to see a berserker in real life. "Grrrr...." the berserker growled. Before Mason could try to run away, the berserker hit him and knocked him out. In the basement, Lydia and Leo were sat on the floor, backs against the wall. Leo had his arm wrapped around Lydia's shoulders and she rested her head on his shoulder and his head on top of hers.

"I never pictured my day turning out like this." Leo said. Lydia chuckled. "Tell me about it." Lydia said. Leo moved his head so he could look down at her. "If you look back at all the stuff we've been through, we are most likely to be in a situation like this." Leo said. Lydia moved her head from Leo's shoulder and looked up at him. "With the Alpha Pack, we were stuck in Derek's loft. With the Nogitsune, we were kidnapped for the day and now this." Leo said. "Huh. I can't believe I didn't realise that." Lydia said. "Probably because you're more focused on the situation rather than any patterns." Leo said. "True." Lydia said. Just then, they heard loud footsteps coming towards them. They both looked around the shelves and saw the berserker dragging someone towards them.

The berserker stopped, dropped the person on the floor and walked away. Leo walked over and saw it was Mason. Leo dragged Mason to where him and Lydia were sat. Lydia reaches out and touches Mason's face. He wakes up. "Are you okay?" Lydia asked. "My head..." Mason said. He touched his head and groaned in pain. "Ohhhh..." Mason groaned. "Yeah, it's probably gonna hurt a lot..." Leo said. "There was this guy. Huge-- really huge. He had a-a skull on his face." Mason said. "Yeah, we know. We saw it, too." Lydia said. Mason started looking for his phone. "My phone's gone." Mason said. "Yeah, I think that's the point." Leo said.
