The Queen's lair was surrounded by a dreadful silence as Beomgyu was about to confront her, his voice tinged with determination. "Where's the Queen?" he demanded, his eyes narrowing with a mix of decisiveness and anger.

The Queen's smile was as chilling as ever as she rose from her throne, gliding closer to Beomgyu. "Well, well, look who's here," she taunted. "If it isn't my chagrin—"

"Where is he?" Beomgyu interrupted, his voice unwavering. "My father, where is he?"

A flicker of surprise crossed the queen's face, momentarily caught off guard by Beomgyu's unwavering determination. "Why are you looking for him? Do you not want your dear "lover"?" she countered with a heavy smirk on her face.

"Give me my father," Beomgyu demanded, his voice remaining firm. "Because, like you've always said, family comes first."

The queen smirked, a sinister glint in her eyes, and she herself, led Beomgyu to the King's chamber. "He's inside, sleeping." she revealed, her voice laced with twisted satisfaction.

Beomgyu stepped into the chamber, his heart pounding with a mixture of anticipation and fear. "I'll close the door." The Queen says.

Beomgyu saw his father lying still, his face peaceful yet trapped within the clutches of slumber. "Father..." Without hesitation, Beomgyu rushed forward and enveloped his father in a tight embrace, his tears falling freely.

"Please, wake up," Beomgyu pleaded, his voice choked with emotion. "Let's get out of here. I'll stay with you..."

And as if awakened by a true love's kiss, the king awakened. His eyes fluttered open, and tears spilled down his weathered face. "Beomgyu, my dear..." he whispered, his voice filled with a mix of relief and overwhelming love. He held his son close, as if fearing that the embrace might slip away.

"You look okay," the king whispered through his tears. "You look fine. You look healthy!" he cried out with delight. Beomgyu couldn't contain his own happiness, his body trembling with emotion. "Did they get you out of here?" The King asked, his voice filled with gratitude.

"Hoseok? Yes, he did," Beomgyu replied, his voice carrying a profound sense of gratitude. "And Yoongi helped me know about... you."

"How have you been, my dear? You've grown so much." He lightly caressed Beomgyu's cheeks and started at him with adoration. As their reunion unfolded, a bittersweet realization dawned upon them. The King's eyes met Beomgyu's with a mix of love and pain.

"Beomgyu, you leave me now," he pleaded.

Beomgyu's eyes suddenly widened in disbelief. "What? Why would I? I'm not leaving without you," he declared, his voice firm with unwavering loyalty. "I came back here because of you... You have to go with me."

"I won't leave your mother," The King explained, his voice heavy with sorrow. "She's still the woman I married."

Confusion and hurt mingled within Beomgyu, but he respected his father's wishes. "Maybe I can still change your mind once I tell you what she has been doing... To you."

Reluctantly, Beomgyu stepped out of the king's chamber, finding the queen waiting for him with a deceptive mask of sympathy. "He's... gone," Beomgyu says, his voice laced with feigned grief.

The queen's eyes widened in apparent shock, and she reached out to offer a comforting embrace. Seizing the opportunity, Beomgyu put on his sobs and leaned in to hug her tightly, concealing his true intentions beneath a facade of false affection.

"I love you, mother," Beomgyu whispered, his voice barely audible. "Despite everything you've done to me, I still love you." The queen, caught off guard by Beomgyu's words, couldn't finda sensible response. A single tear traced its way down her soft cheek, a silent acknowledgment of her own disruption and turmoil.
