FBI Academy Quantico Virginia

Severide walked out of Hotch's office walking back over to her desk as Hotch soon followed out of his office and over to the rest of the team; who watched their colleague silently take a seat back at her desk. "So... you gonna tell us what's up or not kid?" Rossi asked getting tired of the silence. "I found out a couple of weeks ago when I got cleared for worked that I'm Pregnant," Severide said calmly as she sat back in her chair looking at the rest of the team who looked surprised by the news before they all smiled telling her congratulations. "I was wondering when you were gonna spill the beans, took you long enough," Morgan said smiling at his partner. "You knew?" JJ asked looking at him. "Yeah, I basically had to pull it out of her but," Morgan said with a light laugh. "So how'd lover boy take the news?" Morgan asked curiously. "Really well actually, he said he'd be here every step of the way," Severide said with a smile causing the team to smile in awe at the young love. "I hate to ruin the moment, but we got a case," Hotch said as the team nodded before heading to the round table room to begin the briefing.

"How'd your brother take the news?" Reid asks as Severide took her seat at the table. "I. Um still haven't quite told him... yet" the blonde said a bit awkwardly. This surprised the team typically her brother was the first she'd tell everything to but for her not to say anything. "Why not?" Morgan asked a bit confused. "I just haven't really found the time yet, with work and appointments," Severide said with a shrug. Truth be told she didn't know how Kelly would react, but then again the man hasn't made the best choices when it came to relationships especially after they both lost Shay.

"Are you worried he'll be upset?" Reid asked looking at Zoey just as confused, The blonde laughed a little, "Be doesn't really get a say in my relationship choices especially after he ran off to vegas and got married to a girl he met there after 2 days," Severide said slightly laughing and shaking her head at the memories. "Wait what? Kelly's married?" Garcia asked a bit shocked sounding sad at the mention. "Oh god no, after a month they both got a divorce and went their separate ways, I can't see Kelly getting married or settling down anytime soon," Severide replied with a shrug. "Hmm that makes me feel less bad about, wife number... 3" Rossi said having to think about it. The team laughed a bit as JJ began briefing them on the case causing the laughter and smiles to fall instantly.

JJ pulled up the crime scene photos and they were graphic blood everywhere she could barely make out what used to be the body of people. The sight made her stomach turn and Severide bolted out o the room making into the bathroom stall just in time for her to throw up the granola bar she barely managed to stomach for breakfast.

Severide sat there for a few moments before she stood up and flushed the toilet and returned back towards the briefing room just as the team filed out. "Sorry- don't be you're growing another human. It's not always pretty. Wheels up in 20, we'll fill you in on the plane," Hotch told her as he walked over to his office and Severide grabbed her go bag and keys following the rest of the team towards the elevator. "You okay superwoman" Morgan asked as they all stepped into the elevator with their go bags. "Yea but morning sickness is gonna be the death of me," the blonde replied with a groan resting her head back on the cool metal wall of the metal box they were in. "My first trimester was hell for that," JJ said looking at Zoey sympathetically. "Have you tried saltine crackers? It helped me with the nausea," JJ said as Severide just shook her head. "I can barely keep water down most mornings," she said with a sigh as the doors slide open letting everyone out in the parking garage.

The team went to the airport in separate vehicles and still Severide as usual was the first to arrive on the jet. "How is it that we leave at the same time, you have your go bags but yet I'm the first one here?" She asked with a laugh as Morgan, Reid and JJ walked on the plane. "Because you drive like a crazy person," Morgan spoke earning a glare. "My driving is amazing especially compared to most drivers in Chicago," she replied. Kelly taught her how to drive himself wanting her how to know how to be a defensive driver especially since Benny couldn't be bothered too. "According to data, there is a car accident every 6 minutes in Chicago, which is about 10 accidents per hour and 240 per day," Reid said. "Of course, you'd know that," Severide said softly.

JJ began briefing the team on the various limps that local authorities discovered last night in Tanpa Florida. "Why is it every time I think Florida can't get worse they surprise me," Severide stated sadly remembering the last case they had in Florida and the poor discarded woman they left behind. The blonde shook the thought noticing some weird markings on some of the mangled limbs.

Severide covered her nose and mouth fighting the urge to be sick again as she looked closer at the photo, "Morgan? does that look like a pentagram?" Severide asked setting the file down and pointing at the photo before her stomach turned again sending her running to the bathroom. This was gonna be a long case, the blonde could feel it in her gut. Little did the team know this would probably be one of the most disturbing cases the BAU had come across in decades since the Manson Family.
