Opera Drama

Rachel left the bar after finishing off the drink, Carter bought for her. Rachel head home and when she arrived at home the maid informed her that Chuck was here. Rachel went up to bed and got up the next day feeling tired. Rachel got ready for the opera, and she was thinking about Chuck.

Rachel was going to the opera alone, because her parents left for London again. Rachel was done getting ready and head down to the limo. Rachel arrived at the opera and up to the bar to get a drink.

"One dirty martini, please." Rachel said to the bartender.

"I heard you got into Columbia. Drinks on me." Chuck said to Rachel.

"Thanks, Chuck. You know how I feel about you." Rachel said to Chuck.

Before Chuck can say anything else to Rachel, his name was called.

"Chuck" Lily said walking over to Chuck with another man.

"Who's this?" Chuck asked.

"Bruce Chapman. I'm your father's family lawyer. Before your father die, your father was going to legally adopt Serena and Eric"

"I was going to legally adopt you." Lily added. "We were serious about becoming a serious family, and we had the papers done up. We just never got the time to do them."

"So, if you adopt me-" Chuck began.

"Then I'm your legal guardian" Lily said to Chuck.

Rachel waited for the bartender to finish making her drink. Chuck signed the papers when Jack came over.

"What are you doing? You know you can't sign anything without my permission." Jack said.

"Not anymore. I'm sending you back where you belong.... you just lost the company." Chuck said to Jack.

"Join me in my box? We can catch up." Chuck said to Rachel.

"Let me go to the bathroom first." Rachel said before heading over to the bathroom. Rachel wanted to talk to Chuck about her feelings for him. Rachel got into the bathroom, when the door opened. Jack Bass was at the door looking pissed at Rachel. Jack locked the door, so no one can get in.

"Jack, what are doing in here?" Rachel asked.

"This was your idea to get me out of the picture. Because you and I slept together over Christmas break." Jack said. Jack was high and Rachel was starting to get scared.

"Jack, let me go." Rachel said.

"You are not going anywhere." Jack said.

Rachel tried to leave, but Jack push her against the wall.

"Jack, get off of me." Rachel said.

"I'm going to enjoy this." Jack said. Jack started to kiss, and Rachel tried to scream, but Jack put his hand on her mouth. Rachel was thinking no one coming to help her, when the bathroom door breaks open to revealed Chuck.

Chuck push Jack off of Rachel and throw a couple punches at Jack. Chuck came over to Rachel to calm her down. Security escorted Jack out of the building. 

"Thank you." Rachel said in a low voice to Chuck.

"Let me take you home." Chuck said. Rachel shook her head yes and the two of them left the opera. Chuck informed her parents what happened to her with Jack. Rachel's parents were thankful for Chuck being there for her. Chuck drop Rachel off at her home, and Rachel asked Chuck to stay. She did not want to be alone, and Chuck stayed the night.
