Boarding School Scandal

It been a couple of weeks since Serena was admitted to the Ostroff Center. Blair and Dan decided to get revenge on Juliet, but Rachel decided to stay out of it. Blair and Dan are going to Juliet's hometown, and they told Rachel they would keep her in the loop. Rachel's father told her that Lily and Chuck are doing an interview and they want her father to be at the interview. Her father asked her to go in his place since he is an investor in Chuck's company. Rachel agreed to it, and she left to meet them at Lily's place.

"Lily and Chuck, my father could not be at the interview, and he asked me to take his place for him." Rachel said.

"You are right on time. The reporter is not here yet." Chuck said.

The reporter arrived and they started the interview. They finished the interview and finally relax their faces after smiling for so long. Rachel got a text from Blair about Juliet and Damien. Rachel shows the text to Chuck. Rachel was invited to the party later and she went home to get ready. 

Serena is at the Ostroff Center, talking to the counselor. She told the story about leaving to go to boarding school. While she was at boarding school, Serena became friends with the English teacher. One night, her and Ben were going to a library when they got a flat tire and went to an inn together. One person witnesses it and helped with Serena's mom report Ben to the school.

Meanwhile, Juliet showed up to Serena room at the Ostroff Center. Juliet told Serena the truth and Serena figure it out that her mother was the one behind putting Ben in prison. Juliet and Serena left Ostroff Center to go to the party.

Rachel was finished getting ready and head to the party. Rachel arrived at the party, and she was greeted by Chuck. Chuck and Rachel talked for a while until Rachel saw Nate. Rachel told Chuck she needs to talk to Nate.

"Nate, what are you doing here?" Rachel asked.

"I came to see my mother about my dad." Nate said.

"I heard about your mother is leaving your father." Rachel said.

"Yes. It's been hard for me." Nate said.

"What is Serena doing here with Juliet?" Rachel asked. Rachel and Nate looked over to see Juliet with Serena and Serena went up to her mother and Chuck. Lily and Chuck were surprised to see Serena there.

Lily was making a speech and Serena informed everyone at the party that her mother is a lair and will not stop at nothing to put someone away in jail. Serena, Eric, Dan, Nate, Juliet, and Blair went into Serena's old bedroom. Everyone else left the party. Rachel and Chuck sit down by each other. Serena came out of her room to ask her mother about the truth of the scandal. Lily informed everyone that she heard a rumor about Serena and a teacher. Serena told her mother that nothing happened with her and Ben. Chuck said something when Rufus came up to tell Lily to tell Chuck the truth.

"Lily, you should tell Chuck the truth about Bass Industries." Rufus said.

"What is he talking about?" Chuck asked Lily.

"Lily is selling Bass Industries." Rufus said. Rufus informed Chuck that Bruce called earlier about the upcoming sell of the company. Chuck asked for his father company back from Lily. Lily told Chuck that she can't do that, and it was complicated. 

Chuck was not happy at her about it and decided to leave and try to get back the company.

It is Christmas Day; Rachel and the rest of the group are having dinner at Chuck's penthouse.

"Thank you for inviting me to dinner, I have a plane to catch to London." Rachel said.

"I will walk you out, I have a plane to catch too." Chuck said.

"Let me join the two of you." Nate said.

The three of them went down the elevator and exit the Empire. Rachel kissed Chuck on the cheek and told him she will see him after the new year.
