Rachel, Blair, and Serena are in Paris for the summer. Rachel and Blair are the queens of the right bank of Paris and Serena is the queen of the left bank of Paris. Rachel and Blair go shopping together, tried French deserts together, and go to the museums together. The three of them have common ground at Eleanor's place. Blair, Serena, and Rachel meet at a French cafe for lunch.
The three of them are sitting at their table and Serena was flirting with the waiter. Blair was reading the latest Gossip Girl blast and Blair told Rachel that Gossip Girl stopped posting about Chuck. Rachel didn't care about not hearing about Chuck.
"Chuck is MIA on Gossip Girl." Rachel said.
"When I get back to the city, I am moving back to my penthouse." Rachel said.
"Oh, right. Your parents moved to London full time." Serena said.
"Yeah, my mom and dad are running their business from London." Rachel said.
"R, I can't wait for us to be at Columbia together." Blair said.
"Let's get out of here." Rachel said.
The three of them head back to Eleanor's to talk about Serena decision on who she is going to pick when she gets back to the city. A package came for Serena and Blair left the room. Rachel and Serena were still in the room when Serena got a call. Lily was calling to find out if Serena heard from Chuck. She said no to Lily and Serena opened the package to find out that she got into Columbia. Serena finished the call and look over to Rachel.
"S, you got into Columbia. That's amazing. Now I have my two best friends going with me." Rachel said.
"R, you can't tell Blair." Serena said.
"Ms. Rachel, you have a visitor." a maid said.
The maid brought the person to the room and Rachel knew who it was.
"Kate Andrews." Rachel said.
"Rachel, I saw you in Paris. I had to come look for you." Kate said.
"Serena, this is my cousin Kate Andrews." Rachel said.
"Nice to meet you, Kate." Serena said.
"Come have a seat. Blair will be back in a minute." Rachel said.
Kate sits down by Rachel and Blair enters the room a minute later.
"Blair, meet my cousin, Kate Andrews." Rachel said.
"Nice to meet you, Kate. Rachel been looking for you." Blair said.
"You were?" Kate asked.
"I was looking for you, when I found out about my half-sister." Rachel said.
"Right, your parents told me about it. They told me, she is no longer apart your life." Kate said.
"Yes. It was the hardest thing for me." Rachel said.
"Not the hardest thing for you." Blair said.
"Rachel, I am moving back to the city to start my third year at Columbia." Kate said.
Rachel remembers that Kate is a year older. Kate was going to college in Paris. Rachel asked Kate to move in with her at her parent's penthouse. Kate agreed to move in with her cousin. Kate, Serena, Blair, and Rachel talk for the rest of the day.
The next day, Rachel went to her favorite art museum alone. Rachel was looking at a painting of Manet when a handsome man came behind her. The two of them speaked in perfect French, the man knew she was from New York. Another person came over to the man to tell him it was time to go. He asked Rachel out on a date, and she accepted the date.
Rachel called Serena and Blair to go shopping with her for her date.
"So, you have a date. What's his name?" Serena asked.
"His name is Louis." Rachel said.
They were shopping for her when Rachel got text from Louis.
"I just got a text from Louis about his friend needs a date for tonight. I am going on a double date. S, will join me on this double date?" Rachel asked.
"R, I will love to come." Serena said.
The three girls finished shopping and Rachel and Serena got ready for their date. Louis and his friend pick up Serena and Rachel. They went to dinner and Louis was acting different the whole time. They arrived at the restaurant and the four of them were enjoying their dinner. Serena got a text from Blair telling her to come outside. Serena excused herself and went outside.
A few minutes later, Serena came back inside dripping wet.
"S, what happened to you?" Rachel asked.
"Blair happened. I am going to leave, R." Serena said. Serena date left to go with her.
"I hope your friend is alright." Louis said.
"Louis, are you alright? You been acting different the whole night." Rachel asked.
"Rachel, I was testing you for the whole night and you pass. I wanted to tell you at the museum. I am Louis Grimaldi, Prince of Monaco." Louis said.
"Oh my god. I thought you were just a normal person." Rachel said.
"I would like to take you on another date." Louis said.
"Yes." Rachel said.
Louis drops Rachel back to the place she was staying. Rachel told Blair and Serena everything that happened after Serena left.
