Halloween is the time of the year were everyone puts on a costume and go to parties. Rachel was looking forward to Halloween this year as a college student. Chuck on the other hand is not looking forward to Halloween this year.
"We are 183 on Travelocity right behind the Holiday Inn LaGaurdia." Chuck explained to Rachel has they enter the Empire.
"That bad? With the holidays approaching fast what's the plan?" Rachel asked.
"I'm not sure yet. Without those masses from the travel site, I am at less than 20% capacity for the holidays."
The two of them were now in the center of the lobby looking around.
"I know you want to do things right but maybe open up the club. It would definitely bring more attention to the hotel." Rachel said.
"With all my liquid assets tied up in this hotel, I have to make sure everything gets done right. The club seems like a good idea but is it the best idea for right now?" Chuck asked.
"Well, I have faith you'll figure it out. I have business law class in an hour, so I have to get going. See you later." Rachel said kissing Chuck on the cheek before leaving the hotel.
After class, Rachel went back to her dorm room. When she enters, Megan was looking to do something on Halloween.
"Hey. I was thinking we can go to the NYU frat party tomorrow night. What do you think?" Megan asked.
Before Rachel can give Megan answer, her phone went off with a text from Chuck. It said I decided to open the club on Halloween night. I will see you later.
"How about we go to my boyfriend's club opening on Halloween night instead?" Rachel asked.
"Yes. Do you want to be the sexy nurse or cop?" Megan asked.
"Let me handle the costumes." Rachel said.
Rachel decided to go see Chuck at the club. She was about to hail a cab, when she got a text from Chuck. The text said held up by the liquor license might not be able to serve alcohol tomorrow night. Rachel decided to call the one person who will help Chuck get his liquor license even though Chuck hates the guy. Rachel called Jack Bass to get the liquor license for Chuck's club.
She heads back up to the dorm to change into something nice for Chuck. Rachel finished changing, when someone knocked on the door. Rachel opened the door to see Chuck with a gift in his hand.
"I just got the liquor license for tomorrow night. The theme for the party is the roaring 20's. This gift is perfect for you." Chuck said.
Rachel opened the gift and saw a beautiful 1920's flapper dress. She gave Chuck a kiss.
"Chuck, it's beautiful." Rachel said.
"Megan. I have a dress for you too." Chuck said to Megan.
"Thank you, Chuck." Megan said.
"Let me take you to dinner." Chuck said.
"Okay." Rachel said.
Rachel and Chuck head to dinner.
It is Halloween Night and Chuck's club opening. Rachel and Megan put on the flapper dress. The two of them got a taxi to Chuck's club. They arrived at the club to see Serena working the party.
"S, this is my roommate, Megan Lewis. Megan Lewis.... Serena Van Der Woodsen." Rachel said.
"Nice to meet you, Megan." Serena said.
"Nice to meet you too, Serena." Megan said.
"Chuck inside already." Serena said.
"Rachel" Nate said.
"Nate. You remember Megan, my roommate?" Rachel asked.
"Yes. Good to see you again." Nate said.
"Hey, Megan. Go on head of me. I need to talk to Nate will quick." Rachel said to Megan. Megan head inside to the club.
"Nate, I need for you to keep an eye on Megan tonight." Rachel said.
"Sure. I think Megan is a great girl." Nate said.
Rachel and Nate head inside to the club which is full of party goers. Rachel head over to Chuck, who is at the bar. She gives Chuck a kiss.
"You look amazing." Chuck said.
"Thank you." Rachel said.
"I know about you getting the liquor license for me. The license is a fake." Chuck said.
"Wait. You knew about the liquor license and if the license a fake. Then why is the party still going. I have a great idea." Rachel said.
"I already called the cops. They are on the way." Chuck said.
Rachel enjoys the party before the cops show up. The cops showed up to the party and shut the party down.
"Nate, can you take Megan back to the dorm. I am going to stay here with Chuck. Please." Rachel asked.
"Sure." Nate said.
Rachel sits down next to Chuck at the bar watching the cops take the alcohol and closes the doors.
"I am sorry, Chuck. Should have never called Jack to get the license. I should have told you to call my father for the license." Rachel said.
"I forgive you." Chuck said.
Chuck was informed by the staff the numbers went up for the hotel. Chuck turned the club into a secret club.
