Thorpe and Lily take down

The week before was Eric's Birthday party and Chuck was able to take Russell Thorpe down. Chuck informed Rachel that he and Raina are done. Nate and Raina end up together. Chuck was going to throw a party for his deal with a financial partner.

Serena was with Ben and his mother for lunch and Serena's mother stop by with Vanessa. Blair and Dan are trying to avoid each other. Chuck asked Rachel to come to the Empire to try and convince Raina about her father dark past.

"Chuck, I am here." Rachel said.

"Perfect timing. Raina is waiting to speak to us." Chuck said.

Chuck started explaining what Russell did to Chuck and Lily. Chuck told Raina to listen to Rachel. Rachel had a story that her father told her.

"Raina, what Chuck is telling you is true. Your father and my father were meeting about my father investing in your father's company. My father turned him down and told him that he was investing in Bass Industries. My father was leaving to go to the airport in Chicago, when his car brakes stopped working and my father was in a horrible wreck. Russell came to see my father in the hospital to informed him that he had the brakes line cut. That is why my father never invested in your father's company after that." Rachel said.

"Come to the penthouse to hear for yourself." Chuck said.

Raina agreed to it and gave Rachel a hug. Chuck thanked Rachel for coming and he told her he will see her tonight. Rachel head home to get ready and Kate saw her cousin for the first time in weeks. Rachel told Kate to come to the party and text Chuck to asked for her cousin to be put on the list. Chuck text Rachel back saying that Kate is on the list.

Rachel and Kate arrived at the party and Gossip Girl posted saying a big announcement was happening at Chuck's party. Rachel saw Chuck and Lily together and Rachel head over to the both of them.

"Chuck, did you see Gossip Girl?" Rachel asked.

"Yes. I don't know what Gossip Girl is talking about." Chuck said.

"Ah, just the three people I am looking for." Russell said.

Chuck, Rachel, and Lily turn to face Russell and Russell had a big smile on his face.

"What do you want, Russell?" Lily asked.

"I want Bass Industries. Let's head up to Chuck's penthouse to talk more about it. Rachel joins us too." Russell said.

The four of them head up to Chuck's penthouse and they sit down on the couch. Russell explained everything and Chuck was waiting on Raina to come out of hiding to hear the truth. Raina walked away from Russell and Nate joined her. Chuck told Rachel to go with them and Rachel left with them. Lily told Chuck, she was going to the DA right now and tell Russell kiss the deal goodbye. Russell told Chuck the truth about a fire and Chuck walked down to have the party shut down. Lily turned herself in and Chuck ended his party. Rachel left the party after everything that happened.
