Secrets and Lies

The New Year has begun and a new Rachel return from Monaco. Rachel wants to party and be with Chuck. Rachel went to a secret pool party at the school's pool. Rachel was at the party saying hi to everyone. Serena and Blair saw Rachel was back from Monaco.

"Rachel" Serena said excited to see her.

"How was Monaco? Let's get you a drink." Serena said.

"Monaco was great." Rachel said.

Rachel head over to Chuck and the two of them started talking when Nate came over to talk with the both of them. The three of them were talking when they heard someone scream. Andrew Collins hit his head on a pole and fall into the pool. He was bleeding and Nate got him out of the pool and Serena called 9-1-1. Everyone left before the ambulance and cops arrived at the scene. 

The next day at school, everyone at the party were asked to write a 10,000-word essay. New headmaster of Constance Billard told everyone that she was doing one-on-one interview to found out who broke-in to the school's pool. She informed everyone, that if no one came forward everyone would be expelled. The responsible party who does come forward will be expelled.

Everyone left the room and head outside. 

"Look, no one talks, no one gets in trouble" Chuck threatened.

"Who did break in anyway?" Nate asked.

Everyone was quiet.

"I guess we don't have to worry about Nate cracking under pressure." Chuck said with sassed.

"So, are we all agreed?" Blair asked.

"Agreed." Serena said. Everyone else agreed, but Dan didn't.

Dan said something to Blair about Yale and a secret pact. Rachel was not listening to Dan and Blair said it works every time. Everyone left and head to class. 

"Rachel, wait." Dan said.

"What do you need, Dan?" Rachel asked.

"I need to know. Who broke-in to the school's pool?" Dan said.

"Dan, I don't know who broke-in." Rachel said.

Rachel walked away from Dan. Rachel had to lie to Dan about who broke-in, because she knew who did. 

Later that night, Rachel headed to Blair's place for the so call study party. Rachel arrived and head over to Chuck. Blair walked up to her room to put the key away. Rachel and Chuck need some alone time to talk. Chuck and Rachel head up to Blair's room. Rachel knew Chuck had the key and she texted Blair to hide it. Blair, Rachel, and Chuck were protecting the person who had the key. After Rachel and Chuck was done talking, Chuck opened the door to find Nate in front of them. They walked downstairs to leave the party and head home.

The next day at school, the new headmaster informed everyone that Nate lied, and he was suspended for three days. Nate informed Chuck, Blair, Rachel, and Serena that he was trying to protect Blair.

It was Rachel turn to talk to the new headmaster. Rachel reputation was on the line and Rachel was at the top of her class. Rachel head into the headmaster office.

"Miss. Rachel Lockwood, you have a reputation as Upper East Side princess and you are top of your class." new headmaster said.

"Thank you." Rachel said.

"Do you know who broke-in to the school's pool?" 

"Headmaster, I don't know who broke-in. I am being completely honest with you."

The headmaster looked at Rachel for a full minute, before letting her leave. Rachel text Serena saying she didn't tell her. Serena text back saying thank you. Later in the afternoon, Dan was being interview and Serena didn't want Dan to get into trouble. Serena told the headmaster that she broke-in with the key that the swim captain from freshman year gave her. 

Chuck invited Rachel to his father engagement dinner. Lily and Bart greeted Rachel, when she arrived. Rachel head over to Serena and gave her a hug. Serena told Rachel after she talked to the headmaster. Chuck told Bart and he made a call to the school for Serena. Chuck cared not only for Rachel, but his family too.
