Serena MIA

It was Thanksgiving and Rachel has not talked to Serena since the Saints and Sins party. Rachel was getting ready to go to Lily's place to say Happy Thanksgiving and drop off a bottle of wine before boarding a flight to London.

"Chuck, I didn't know you are going to be here." Rachel said.

"It's Thanksgiving with the Humphrey's." Chuck said.

"R, what are you doing here? I thought you were heading to London today." Blair said.

"I am going to say Happy Thanksgiving to Lily and give her a bottle of wine." Rachel said.

Blair brought Dorota and pie with her. Lily saw the three of them and wonder if Serena was with them.

"Happy Thanksgiving. Blair and Rachel have you seen Serena?" Lily asked.

"No, I have not seen Serena since the Saints and Sins party." Rachel said.

"No, she was not home all week." Blair said.

"Charles"

"She is not at the Empire." Chuck said.

"Then, where hell is she?" Lily commented.

Rachel and Blair looked concerned when they found out that their best friend is MIA.

Meanwhile, in motel in Queens, Serena wakes up confused and have no idea where she is at. Serena calls 9-1-1 to get paramedics to pick her up. Serena arrived at the hospital and the doctor calls her family to tell them she is there right now.

Lily, Rufus, Eric, Chuck, Blair, and Rachel head to the hospital and they all arrived at the hospital. Rufus called Dan and Jenny to have them come to be at the hospital. Rachel talked to a nurse to asked when they can see Serena.

"When can we see Serena?" Rachel asked.

The nurse walked away, and Rachel thank her for her help. Chuck came over to get Rachel to help her calm down. Dan arrived and Blair informed Dan what happened.

"Is Serena, okay?" Dan asked 

"We don't know, we been waiting to see her." Blair said.

"It's my fault, I told Serena, she lost everyone who cared about her." Rachel said.

"Rachel, it is not your fault. You still care about her." Chuck said.

A few minutes later, Serena doctor comes over to Lily to ask what she wanted to do with Serena. Lily had to decide between Ostroff Center or temporary hold. Rachel and Blair were worried about Serena that they think she should be at the Ostroff Center. Everyone was talking about the plan when Eric point at the T.V. with the news about Serena. Lily told the doctor Ostroff Center after Chuck informed them that news van is lining up outside.

Serena was drop off at the Ostroff Center and Dan asked Nate to meet him there. Nate left to see his dad at prison and Vanessa came to talk to Rufus. Rachel and Chuck were talking when they saw Jenny walk in. Jenny was going to talk to her dad when Vanessa told Jenny that she told Rufus the truth about her plan on Serena. Lily came down to informed everyone that Serena and Dan are gone. Serena and Dan are in his loft in Brooklyn when Lily and Blair arrived to stop them from leaving. Serena was still in Brooklyn when she saw the Gossip Girl blast and head back to the Ostroff Center. Rachel text her parents telling them she is not coming after what happened to Serena. Chuck took Rachel and Blair home, but Rachel didn't want to be alone. Rachel asked Blair if she can stay over for the night. Blair told her she can stay the night. The two of them got off the elevator and head upstairs. Rachel was informed by Dorota that Jenny was here to see Blair and Rachel.

"What are you doing here?" Rachel asked.

"The person in the picture is not Serena. It was Juliet. We had a plan to get everyone to turn against Serena. I am heading home to Hudson and I not coming back to the city." Jenny said.

"A Jenny free holiday would be great." Rachel said. Jenny left Blair's and head back to her mom's place in Hudson.

"I am texting Dan. Three of us are going to destroy Juliet." Blair said.
