Rachel and Chuck walked out of the event to the see police coming their way. Chuck and Rachel were talking to each other while the police officers walk past them. Georgina saw the security go outside and follow them outside. Chuck called Arthur to find out that he is stuck in front because of the police. Rachel asked for the phone to call Georgina to get Arthur. Serena pays Dan a visit in his new apartment. Sage and Nate were looking at the evidence that he gathers on Gossip Girl when he got a text from Ivy telling him to turn on the tv. Lily got a call from the police to let her know about Bart's death. Rachel and Chuck were in the trunk of his limo when the police stop the limo to check if Chuck was in his limo. The police found the limo empty and let Arthur go. The police paid a visit to Nate to asked if he seen Chuck or Rachel. Nate told officer that he had not seen Chuck or Rachel. The officer paid a visit to Rachel's parents to ask if they seen Chuck or Rachel. They told the officer that they had not seen Chuck or Rachel.
Chuck and Rachel were in an inn in upstate New York when Jack knocked on the door. Chuck opened the door to revealed Jack at the door.
"I have bad news for you. Bart is dead." Jack said.
"What are you doing here?" Chuck asked.
"A bunch of people are looking for you. Rachel, you can come out. Uncle Jack is here." Jack said.
Rachel came out from her hiding spot and the three of them started talking. Jack suggests that the two of them get married. Chuck asked Rachel to marry him, and she said yes to him. They head to the courthouse to get married, and Chuck realizes that they need their families and friends. Lily returns home and William; Serena's father came to support her during grieving time. Serena and Dan are talking about his last chapter when Georgine came to see them. She told them that they need to come with her. Jack got Nate and Sage to get them to come with him. Jack and Georgina got Lily for Rachel and Chuck. Rachel texted her parents to come meet them at the Met. Jack got Blair and her parents to come to the Met. Jack, Sage, Lily, Serena, Dan, Nate, Blair, Victoria, John, Georgina, Eleanor, Cyrus, Dorota, and Kate came to the Met. Chuck and Rachel were waiting for all of them to arrive.
"Why does everyone look like they're here for a funeral?" Eleanor said.
"When you're here for a wedding." Rachel said. Rachel showed everyone engagement ring on her finger.
Everyone had a job to do to get the wedding ready and Rachel and Chuck stay out of sight. Two girls saw the whole thing and send a tip to Gossip Girl. Jack got the rings, Dan got the flowers, Georgina got the cake, and Lily, Eleanor, Victoria helped Rachel with the wedding dress. Rachel was wearing a light blue long-sleeves dress. Rachel, Serena, Blair was talking in Central Park when Dan heard their conversation. Dan head over to Nate to give him the last chapter to publish on the Spectator. Nate gave it to Sage when he heard two girls talking about calling the police to inform them of Chuck's location. Chuck was wearing a white tux with a light blue bow tie. Chuck, Nate, Dan, Jack, and Georgina run down for Chuck to get married to Rachel.
"Do you Chuck take Rachel to be your lawfully wedded wife?" Cyrus asked.
"Three words, eight letters." Chuck said.
"Rachel, do you take Chuck to be your lawfully wedded husband?" Cyrus asked.
"One word, three letters. Yes." Rachel said.
Rachel and Chuck got married and kiss each other before the police told them to come with them. Cyrus, Lily, Eleanor, Dorota, Victoria, John, and Jack followed them. Everyone phones were going off with a Spectator blast and not Gossip Girl. The last chapter of Dan's story was on the identify of Gossip Girl. Vanessa, Juliet, Kate, Ivy, Anges, and Lola got the blast about Gossip Girl. Everyone was surprised to learn that Dan Humphrey was Gossip Girl. Everyone was at the Waldorf's talking about Gossip Girl. Rachel and Chuck arrived at the Waldorf's after talking to the police. Cyrus and John are filling out paperwork for them and Lily, Eleanor, and Victoria are picking up some food for the wedding reception. Rachel was upset with Dan about Gossip Girl. Rufus came by to see Dan after reading the chapter. Chuck told Rachel that Dan shut down the site after their accident.
"I always thought it was Dorota." Blair said.
"I always thought it was Nate or Jenny." Rachel said.
"I always thought it was Eric or Rufus." Serena said.
"Why do you all think that this is funny? Gossip Girl ruined our lives." Rachel said.
"Is your life really ruined, Rachel?" Chuck asked.
"If you think about it, we're all on track to do exactly what we wanted to do." Nate said.
"So, I guess this means it is all over now." Rachel said.
"Yeah. Gossip Girl's dead." Dan said.
Everyone looked at each other happy to finally be free from Gossip Girl.
