When Tk and mike ran into the room Joyce was talking to will. Mike went over to and grabbed a syringe and a bottle of some sort of medication they used to put will to sleep earlier.
" We need to make will sleep," Mike told her holding up the syringe.
" What?"
" He's a spy. If he knows where we are, so does the shadow monster" Mike explained.
Will instantly shot up from the bed "he's lying!"
" He killed those soldiers. He'll kill us, too!" Tk exclaimed, he didn't wanna believe that will would ever do such a thing. But right now this wasn't will and it most certainly wasn't his friend.
" He's lying! He's lying! He's lying! He's lying! He's lying!" Will screamed, Joyce was trying to hold him down because he was trying to get out of her grip. Then The sound of gunshots rang throughout the hospital.
" Those are gunshots" bob pointed out, Tk just gave him a pointed look. Will was screaming about how they were lying. So Joyce decided to test him.
" Okay, will, will, listen, listen. Do you know who I am?" Joyce asked him. Will didn't say anything, just stared at her so she repeated her question, and this time she got an answer.
" you're... you're... you're mom" will stutter. Joyce then looked at Bob and asked him to hold Will down. But when Bob grabbed Will it only caused him to scream more.
Joyce then took the syringe from Mike and went to put it in Will's arm. While Tk pulled Mike into his embrace after seeing how scared he looked. He also made sure that he covered Mike's ears so he didn't have to listen to Will's screams.
Will was starting to pass out so Tk took that as a sigh to let go of mike. But when he tried he just held onto him tighter Tk knew that mike was scared and kneaded comfort and he was happy to give him that.
Just then hopper burst through the door along with Dr. Owens, he was breathing heavily and he was covered in sweat. A loud growl could be heard from the hallway along with banging
" We gotta go. We gotta go, ''Hopper said going over to Will and picking him up and over his shoulder. Joyce grabbed the medication off the counter, while Tk took a hold of Mike's hand and followed his uncle out the door.
As they were running down the halls screams of terror could be heard along with gunshots. Jim quickly detoured to an empty room. It turned out to be the security room with all the cameras, you could see the monsters eating the people.
Tk was intrigued by the monsters he saw on the screen, it looked like the Demogorgon they had fought the year prior. But these are different. They walked on all fours, like a dog or something.
Then the lights in the room started to flicker on and off before Turning off completely leaving them in the dark. Tk pulled a flashlight out of his bag and gave it to his uncle so they could see what they were doing.
