Steve soon realized that yelling for her to wake up isn't working. so he turned his attention to the others through the gate. "Whatever you guys are doing up there, hurry up!"
Erica and Tk run to Eddie's room to tell the rest of the group. "steve says you need to hurry up"
Dustin lets out a sarcastic remark. "yeah? no shit!"
"We're trying. we can't find anything, ''Max says.
"Seriously, what is all this shit?" robin asks no one in particular"
"what are you even looking for?" Eddie questions as he searches through his tapes.
"Madonna, blondie. Bowie, Beatles? music we need music!" robin lists off.
Eddie snatches one of the tapes out of her hand. "This is music!"
while the others argue with each other Tk decides to go and check on Nancy. He looks through the gate to see Nancy already out of the trance, he and Steve slowly help her through the gate and to the other side. It was already late and Nancy was clearly still shaken up about the whole situation, so they decided to call it a night and talk about what she saw in the morning.

The next morning they all gathered around in the living room of the trailer. Tk was leaning against Lucas who was leaning against the wall. while everyone else was either on the couch or around the couch listening to Nancy describe what she saw.
Nancy's voice was hoarse like she had been crying, which wouldn't be too far off. "He showed me things that haven't happened yet. the most awful things. I saw a dark cloud spreading over Hawkins. downtown on fire. dead soldiers. and this... giant creature with... a gaping mouth and this creature wasn't alone. There were so many monsters. an army. and They were coming into Hawkins. into our neighborhoods. our homes. and then... he showed me, my mom. and holly. mike. and they... they were all..."
"Okay, but... he's just trying to scare you, nance. right? I mean... I mean, it's not real" steve tries to reassure her.
"not yet. but there... there was something else. He showed me gates. four gates. spreading across Hawkins. and these gates, they look like the one outside of Eddie's trailer, but... they didn't stop growing. and this wasn't the upside-down Hawkins. This was our Hawkins. our home, ''Nancy explains.
"four chimes" max blurts out. Everyone turns to look at her.
"vecna's clock. it always chimes for times. four exactly" Tk says.
