Does Bakugo regret having Todoroki over for his relax day?

No.

Because this idiot is here making him laugh so hard, he can't breathe with how he asks with the most serious look on his face if British people were real.

His excuse?

"I've never seen any in real life. Only in shows or movies."

Bakugo knows that the idea of British people is a funny thing, but the idiot actually asking and meaning it has Bakugo doubled over with a red face.

He sees Todoroki's lip quirk up just slightly before he actually starts smiling at the sight of Bakugo.

"Why is that funny?"

It's been hours since the idiot has gotten here.

It's already four pm.

Bakugo's day has been better than good.

He and Todoroki have just been doing everything together.

Bakugo fell asleep some time after Todoroki got here, but he'd fallen asleep on the floor. Todoroki hadn't noticed Bakugo fell asleep and fell asleep, too.

When they'd woken up, Bakugo's cheek had an imprint of his phone charger where he'd accidentally fallen asleep.

"They're real, dumbass, but why-" he bursts out laughing, trying to calm himself down before continuing, "-would you actually ask that."

The whole day has consisted of this.

Bakugo so relaxed and okay that he's laughing and smiling and relaxing.

He's eaten twice the whole day and he got it to stay down.

It was just a great day and he wishes he could have more time for more relax days.

He can maybe extend his relax day to a relax weekend.

School is on Monday so he'll definitely have to be back to doing what he usually does by then. Maybe if he feels like he deserves it in the morning, he'll continue relaxing.

Todoroki makes him feel like he does.

Especially when he explains why.

It should be obvious, but he just can't grasp how he deserves to be happy. Not when he feels so shitty about himself all the damn time.

But then Todoroki will say something fucking stupid like, "You've never once reminded me of my father."

And that's something he's never heard.

People always compare him to Endeavor. Always.

Not once has anyone told him that he isn't like him.

"I think you should have another day. Only if I can join, though," Todoroki says, nudging him slightly.

Why should he take another day?

It feels selfish, really. To isolate himself and just do what brings him joy and relaxation. What about the people who need him to tutor them?

The people that looked forward to his cooking sometimes.

"I think you out of everyone needs it the most."
