Mr. Aizawa had been working. Working harder than he ever had before.

All for a student.

A student who feels like he can't live because his kidnappers are still out there. His student who lives in crippling fear and anxiety because of these horrible people who stripped him of his pride and belittled him beyond necessary.

His student who has been working so hard to get better. Focusing on himself finally and working on himself. Finally. After so many fucking attempts at his life.

Aizawa is trying to find the League of Villains.

He's been working for over a year now, but these last few months have forced him to do way more than he thought he could do.

Staying up for days at a time. Ten minute naps here and there.

The amount of coffee he's consumed isn't helping, either. The espresso in his system is working overtime along with the five minutes of shut eye he got in between classes earlier that day.

He's got a lead. After months of absolutely nothing, Aizawa got a lead.

It came out of nowhere, and Aizawa, after much more research and many clues, found out it wasn't intentional. This is good because it means it's not a trap or anything like that.

It's a breakthrough, and Mr. Aizawa, despite his best efforts, hopes that it actually leads to the League to finally put an end to them once and for all. He doesn't like to hope for things. If you want something, you work for it, not hope for it.

Aizawa guesses it's okay to hope, but for things like this, work is the only way you get somewhere.

Although he's made a breakthrough, he doesn't rest just yet. He might lose his momentum, so that night, he doesn't get his ten minutes of sleep, and he shows up to work the next morning with more energy than ever.

He's happy and proud because he got even further through his search.

The first people he called were the detectives helping him on this case, and they immediately picked up his search from where he left off as he got ready to teach.

Aizawa trusts them to pick it up because they know how he works, and they work just like him. That's why he chose them because when he picks up where they leave off, it will be familiar and easy.

So Monday morning rolls around and he's pumped. Happy and excited. Hopeful.

He let's his kids review for homeroom or just goof off, and when training rolls around, he let's them pick what they're doing that day.

Capture the flag.

Aizawa agrees and while they continue with classes for the day, he sets up for capture the flag which they'll do after lunch.

With the left over time, he checks up on his team who are still furthering the search, and he finds out they've gotten pretty far, and might soon have a general location of where the League might be hiding out.

He wants to tell his class, his friends, colleagues. Desperately so, but he doesn't want to give them hope before he actually does anything.

Once they get the League. That's when he'll tell them.

For now he watches his class have fun during training.

Luckily no one goes to Recovery Girl that day.

Bakugo hangs out with his friends one on one sometimes.

They pretty much beg for it. It's weird because he doesn't think he's that special. Not special enough for people to want to hang out with him alone. He doesn't get why his friends don't just hang out all together with him, but it's fine.
