Jamie focuses on Darian, her eyes narrowed as she steadies the small paper between her fingers. Darian narrows his eyes back.
Kurt stands at the sidelines, arms crossed over his chest. "This is weirdly intense for finger football." Kurt states, breaking the silence, making both Jamie and Darian hiss at him, getting him to shut up. Kurt raises his hands in surrender.
"Come on Jamie, don't fuck this this up." Darian whispers
With a deep breath through her nose, she flicks the paper, completely missing and knocking straight between Darian's eyes.
Jamie and Darian groan in defeat. "You screwed it up!" Darian groans. Kurt blows a raspberry, shrugging. Jamie readies her fingers as Darians grabs the small triangle football.
Before he could flick his finger there was an honk from outside, making Darian's head pop up, Steve.
Jamie eyes him with a smirk. "Is it lover boy?" Jamie asks, lowering her fingers.
Darian quickly shushes her, grabbing his bag and standing. "Don't wait up guys, have a great day Kurt. And Jamie, rot in hell." Darian states perky, flipping her off.
Kurt chuckles while Jamie rolls her eyes.
....
Steve peers above his sunglasses as he reaches over and opens Darian's door from inside the car. Darian smirks and he takes a seat, his heart jumping to his throat at their proximity.
Steve notices as well, his arm resting on the back of Darian's seat, his eyes flickering down to Darian's lips.
It's been like this for the past few months, there was this tension and heat. A raw want from between them.
Steve moves a smidge closer, his seatbelt holding him in place, so it was Darian's move. The dark-haired male swallows harshly, his collar suddenly feeling restricted. "Steve." Darian whispers
Steve hums, his eyes flickering back down at Darian's lips, watching as they move, his teeth pulling back his bottom lip just slightly, causing the skin to whiten before he lets it go.
Steve licks his lips. Harrington had finally come to terms with his feelings for Darian, accepting that he wasn't perfect Steve, not anymore. Lately, his dreams have been tormented by Darian, his perfect blue eyes, and his delicious full lips.
He waited until their usual meet-up on Fridays to make some type of move, he didn't expect it to be so soon, but he couldn't resist the pull towards his best friend.
Darian takes a gasping breath and settles back into his seat, Steve watches him, a little disappointed, but he moves away, adjusting his pants as subtly as possible.
....
The two sat in silence as they each ate a slice of pizza. Steve made the occasional hum, never getting tired of eating the same thing.
Darian was silent as he stared out towards the woods, they decided to move to a more secluded area, it was quiet and beautiful. Steve turns to view Darian's face, the sun softly peaking past the trees that secluded them.
He lowers his pizza and grabs a napkin to wipe his hands clean. "I got a job." Steve says, making Darian turn to face him. Darian offers him a soft smile. "That's great." Darian offers
"It's not anything fancy, or cool. I'll be slinging ice cream at that new mall, which is fortunately across the vinyl place you like to go to." Steve says
Darian chuckles, "Are you trying to butter me up for something?" Darian asks, amused. "Agh you caught me, I was hoping you could apply and get a job there, so I can see you more. I mean seeing you one day of the week is great and all, but it'll be more fun to see you every day." Steve says
Darian flushes, he's been meaning to get a job, but seeing more of Steve, not that he minds, it's just, that he's barely keeping it together on these Fridays. He has to constantly hold himself back from jumping Steve's bones.
"Just think about it, no pressure." Steve says softly
Darian hums, taking a bite out of his pizza, making Steve chuckle softly, reaching over and gently wiping away the tomato sauce off the corner of his lip. Steve keeps a steady gaze as he brings his thumb up to his lips and he sucks it clean.
Darian swallows harshly.
Growing up with Steve was both the greatest and most loneliest years of his life. He knew he cared for Steve at a greater level in middle school, but he never could tell him. He held those feelings tight because he never wanted to be an outcast, it's how he started losing sleep, which resorted to turning to drugs.
"Steve....you don't know what you are doing." Darian whispers, he feels the prickling emotions in the back of his throat. "I think I do." Steve whispers back, leaning forward and silencing any reply with his mouth.
Their lips meet in a fiery hold, with Steve's tongue forcing Darian's lips open. The younger teen reaches up and he grabs Steve's shirt, pressing himself closer.
Steve hums in pleasure, his eyes opening to stare at Darian's face, taking every little bit of it.
Darian was like a breath of fresh air, something he needed after the trauma he went through. He didn't want to let him go.
Slowly he lets his eyes close again, bringing Darian to his lap as they continue to make out in the seclusion of his car. The hums the younger teen let out, brought a pulse of pleasure to his stomach. His hands move down and he grabs hold of Darian's hips, lowering him down onto his crotch, both of them moaning into each other's mouths.
Steve pulls away to meet Darian's gaze, his eyes hooded and filled with desire.
Darian licks his lips, his eyes focused on Steve's swollen ones. "We could've done that a lot sooner." Steve mumbles
Darian smiles, placing both his hands on Steve's shoulders. "Maybe, but right now is perfect." Darian whispers
Steve lifts his hand and he cups the back of Darian's head, bringing him back down so their lips meet.
