Angel POV

A: hey-

An: allie read the sign before you-

                       Allie, of course, slips on the drying floor and falls

An: *sigh* you okay?

A: *jumps up* yep i'm fine, hey are there anymore cupcakes?

An: yes-

A: cool, can i have a vanilla with sprinkles?

An: sure thing, you're lucky, we were gonna close pretty damn soon

                      In like five minutes actually. She pays and leaves and i close up and drive home. I open the door and Phoenix crawls up to me on all fours... i'm kinda tired, but i can't ignore her while she's in her pup head space. I close the door, squat down and give her head scratches 

P: *smiles*

An: hey nixxy, missed ya *yawn* sorry, guess i'm kinda tired

                      She follows me to the bedroom and sits on the bed as i change into pjs, i know it's not late at all but i'm kinda beat, gonna take a bit getting used to working at the coffee shop again. I take off my shoes, lay down on bed and start falling asleep as phoenix decides to join me by laying her head on my lap

Tyler POV

                       I walk thru my front door and get greeted by hannah

H: *meow*

Ty: hey lil girl, did you miss me? i missed you

H: *meow*

Ty: worked with the boss today that was fun

                           I go take a shower and change into comfy clothes for the rest of the day. I turn on my ps5, grab some chips and a drink and start playing stray. I've already beat it once but it's just a really nice game to unwind to so i couldn't help but play it again

H: *meow*

Ty: i met a girl today

H: *meow*

Ty: yeah she was cute... really cute

H: *meow*

Ty: of course i like her, but that doesn't mean we can just start dating, someone as cute as her is probably taken

 H: what? are you crazy? no, i'm not going to ask her, i hardly know the girl-

Sam POV

Mad: *gasp* okay, sam, close your eyes

S: why?

Mad: sh, no questions, just do it 

S: *sigh* okay okay

                           I hate surprises, they're cute but like... we're in a hospital, but i close my eyes

A: you made em close their eyes?

Mad: yeah >:)

A: gee good work i guess... ight you can open your eyes sam 

                        I open my eyes and see a lil cupcake on my lap... a cupcake? and the candle says "four"... wait holy shit

S: it's my birthday isn't it?

Mad: yep

S: holy shit, i completely forgot my own birthday, how did you two remember?

Mad: well to be honest i-

A: because we love you... of course we'd remember

Mad: this isn't much... but tomorrow it'll be better!

S: vanilla?

A: sorry is that not your favorite?

S: no it is... but i never told you that

Mad: not that hard to guess your favorite flavor would be vanilla 

S: *rolls eyes* yeah well... thanks... can i even eat this?

Mad: nurse said you should be able to 

S: cool... *smiles* 

A: happy b-day bear

Mad: yeah, happy birthday! 

S: i missed you two so much

Iris POV

I: you sure you wanna hit the bar babe?

M: y-yeah... not gonna sing or anything, j-just got a message that the newbie is here and is gonna preform at the broken bottle... reminds me of how i met someone

I: hm, yes well... okay, but no drinks

M: yeah i don't think i could keep em down after today anyway... thanks babygirl

                         We park and walk into the broken bottle and see the newbie setting up. Max sits down and i check her stitches again... don't want them undoing again

I: hey

M: sup, you must be-

B: bullet, yeah that's me, you?

I: iris

M: m-maxine

B: oh yeah, i've heard lot bout you two
