Luz pov

We had pulled up to the place it was a huge garage type thing with a stage near the back that they owned I'm guessing that's for Luz to perform on she smiled at me as she pointed at Ed and Em "let's get this over with" I said making Amity roll her eyes some while she grabbed onto my wrists making my face blush

We made our way to them, their faces instantly lighting up, "There you are Luz! Wait, where's your beanie?" I felt the top of my head and then realized "Oh no, I forgot my beanie, I can't perform without it!"

I felt someone put something over my head but couldn't see what "Aww mittens gave her your lil weep beanie" I lifted some of it, so I could see "here let me fix it before you ruin your hair" I nodded.

I liked the beanie she gave me, matter of fact it would be the one I would wear more than my old one it was a blackish blue color with whoever lil weep was name engraved in white. I smiled "Aww ain't you just the cutest" I heard Emira say "Stopp"

I swear it's like I'm one of their siblings now "oh hey Luz, so there are countless people here tonight so what song are you going with?" I sighed, this is my first time singing in front of an audience "My person"

Amity's pov
I haven't heard that one, she played all the songs and told me each name and not once did 'my person' slip out of her mouth "Is that a new one?"

She turned her head away some "N-No just didn't want to spoil it for you Amity" I nodded watching as she started to play with her fingers "Well you do know you can always play my songgg" she pushed ed's face away "I would rather die".

I started to laugh, "is it seriously that bad?" I heard my sister ask which Luz nodded "it's called man areas" she said with a shiver "that sounds pretty gay" both me and Emira said in unison both laughing when we saw we both called out our brother at the same time. "So what if it is? you both should apologize for being mean."

Edric said with his hand dramatically over his heart "But it was gay why should we have to apologize we saw gay, so we said gay that ain't being mean that's an astute observation" we said matter-of-factly.

Luz, on the other hand, was zoned out looking in a certain place, "earth to Luz!" I said waving my hand in her face, making her look at me, "Yes?" I smiled "we lost you there" she hummed nodding her head "My bad"

Edric checked the time and told us that we still had a good few minutes so to kick back and relax some, which I was very much okay with doing so.

*Warning drinking*

I had poured me a cup of punch knowing fully well it was drowned with a type of alcohol and the punch covering up the smell.

So thankful that the twins own this place because I know if someone challenges me to a competition they are so going down Luz, on the other hand, refused to drink anything. "No, thanks Amity, I'm not much of an alcohol person" she said while also taking my cup and pouring it out "Heyy that was perfectly good juice!"

She rolled her eyes at me "I don't care if it was a thousand dollar juice you don't need to be drinking that stuff you'll get all sick later" I groaned and decided to pour me another one this time not letting her near it.

She sighed and tagged along with me everywhere I went which I enjoyed better than I wanted to admit, but now it was time for her performance "okay Amity sit there and don't move, you only had one so far, so you shouldn't be that drunk to not be able to enjoy my song" she said with a smile kissing my head.

I sat down where she told me looking up to see that she was actually within reach if I wanted to hold her hand, she was moving stuff around on the stage when Viney suddenly popped out of nowhere holding her guitar.

She saw me and began kneeling to give me a fist bump "hey mittens really listen to the lyrics ya hear?" I nodded my head seeing as the lights started to dim.

"Hello everyone, welcome to the partyyy!" Everyone started to yell as Edric spoke into the microphone "So recently all of you know my sister has found a new replacement for her band, some of you know her some don't, but tonight we have a special treat for you all. Everyone give a warm welcome to the lead singer of Emira and the Midnight Witches Luz Noceda!

Luz pov
I heard the crowd yell and some even whistling watching the spotlight soon come on, and I instantly felt nervous I bit my lip some and played with the hem of the beanie Amity let me borrow "Hi, uh today I'll be playing an original song of mine it's about a person I've grown to love and adore and that I don't think I can live without, so I hope you guys like it"

I turn to viney giving a subtle nod as she started to play

I opened my eyes on the last bit of the lyrics and everyone started to clap and yell, but I didn't care, I was focused on one individual in particular

A certain green-haired girl whose eyes sparkled as she saw me approaching she ran and engulfed me in a hug, "That was magnificent Luz!"

I chuckled "Why thank you miss blight" I said hugging back "Oh yeah your beanie" I said about to take it off "Keep it, it looks cute on you"

I blushed "Thank you I'll never take it off now" we laughed some still in one another arms.

But all good things come to an end and that's precisely what happened

"Hey Luz! That show was great, I'm so proud of you!"

"Audrey?"
