Amity's pov
I heard my alarm clock blaring in my ear. Strange I don't remember setting my phone? What day is it?

I looked at the time 8:30 hm why do I have an alarm set so early?...

"I have school!"

I quickly sprung from my bed and rushed to get ready oh titan school starts at nine and I still have to shower and dry my hair which takes ages to do..

I got some clothes that looked presentable a plain black shirt some dark blue skinny jeans a flannel.. wait isn't this Luz's? Eh I'm wearing it

I ran to the bathroom grabbing my toothbrush and toothpaste deciding to brush my teeth in the shower as I washed my hair and body

Which no I don't normally do but desperate times calls for desperate measures

I ended up getting soap in my ear which really burned if I do say so myself I then hopped out and started to blow dry my hair making sure to get underneath if not it'll be frizzy in the back

I spit out the glob of toothpaste I had then rushed to get my clothes on checking the time I still had a good few minutes so I decided to put my makeup on settling with my casual winged eyeliner and some blush just to hide my natural one

Putting on my shoes I started to walk out the door before opening the door back up and running to grab my phone and headphones knowing I don't like walking without listening to music

I grabbed the keys to the house and locked the door turning on my heel to see a car?

I approached it slowly looking over at the driver's seat seeing it was Luz she was fast asleep her head leaned against her hand while her elbow rest against the door music was quietly playing in the background but the real question was

Why was she here? What was she doing?

I walked over to the driver's side window giving it a tap nothing okay heavy sleeper I knocked on it making her jerk awake "huh oh hey Ames"

"What are you doing here Luz?"

She stretched and groaned getting more comfortable

"I came to pick you up because I went to the school and you weren't there like usual, so miss blight want a ride?"

I smiled nodding my head "that would be great, thank you"

She nodded unlocking the door yeah I could have just took my car but where's the fun in that when I get to ride with Luz noceda?

She was quick to put on her seatbelt and turned to me giving me a look then looked at my seatbelt I instantly got the ideal

"Oh sorry click it or ticket right?"

Luz didn't answer but made sure my seatbelt was succure

Finally she said something

"I don't care about tickets what I care about is you flying through a window and getting hurt"

I smiled "aww does the big baddie care about me?

She huffed turning the music up louder loud enough that it would wake the neighbors if not careful

I felt the music flow through me as I heard Luz sing along with the music it was under the influence a popular song that was on everyone's radio it was no surprise that it was on but was a surprise that she knew it
