Will was so excited to tell his mom and brother about his day at school, his mom was still at work so he went straight to Jonathans room but to his surprise Jonathan was laying in a ball crying..
Will slowly walked up to his bed and asked softly "what's wrong?" Jonathan sat up wiping tears from his face "i just miss Nancy so much.." will felt so sad and sat down on Jonathans bed, the mattress sinking in. "Oh Jonathan I'm sure you'll find someone new"
Jonathan sighed "i don't want someone new..i want Nancy!" Will was filled with empathy for Jonathan, he was going to tell El about his day but he knew she didn't want to hear about her ex..
El wasn't going to school yet, she was still recovering from the breakup and couldn't handle seeing mike, so will got up and walked to his room and grabbed a box at the end of his bed and unpacked some clothes setting them in his dresser.
Someone had already moved into their old house so he lived closer to max this time in Hawkins, he spent the rest of the afternoon unpacking things in his room..
(This is so rushed I'm literally writing all of this at 3:34 am because i was bored and was tired of reading uninteresting byler fics-)
