Will had woke up from a nightmare mid-nap, his breathes came out fast and he couldn't move his body but still you could tell he was scared.

Mike pulled him in and held him real tightly, "shhh your fine go back to sleep-" mike brushed through wills hair in attempt to comfort him.

By the time will was back asleep mike was too awake and couldn't go back asleep, he headed down the hall where hopper was asleep in his recliner and Joyce and el were watching a movie together.

"Hey Joyce what time is it?" Mike said rubbing his eyes, "7:00.. you guys slept in-" mike looked out the window and the sun was going down, mike headed towards wills room to get dressed in his green sweater and beige cargo shorts.

Will groaned and rubbed at his eyes grabbing next to him for mike, which when he didn't find him he sat up and looked around the room, "and you call me nerdy looking.." will said before plopping his body back into the bed.

"C'mon get dressed we're going outside for a walk!" Mike told will who melted out of bed and layed on the floor for a few seconds, mike grabbed onto his arms and dragged him up.

"Get dressed now will." Mike told him before sitting down and looking away, will had continued to pull off his clothes a throw on a pink tank top and some jean shorts.

When he was done mike spinned the chair and took a look at his boyfriend, "you look like a life guard!" He joked before cutting himself off, "but seriously wear a jacket or something..it's supposed to rain!"

" It's not going to rain it's been sunny all day!" Will argued back so mike shrugged and grabbed his brown leather jacket.

He grabbed will by the wrist and headed for the door, "where are you two going?' Joyce asked from the couch and both of the boys looked eachother dead in the eye, "for a walk.." Joyce looked eachother and sighed, "fine but be careful.

Mike headed to the car opening it up, "I thought we were going for a walk?" Will added, "I wanna walk in town you live so far out it would take us forever to get there..?"

"You wanna go out with all those hickeys..?" Mike shrugged his shoulders as if it doesn't matter and will got in the car, he sat down and leaned back before wincing at the pain, "oh yeah leather seats arent the most comfortable for your back.." mike admitted, "you think?" Will said sarcastically.

Will and mike had been driving for a minute, mike kept one hand on the wheel as he reached the other one for Will's hand, will grasped his hand intertwining their fingers.

When they got out mike walked out of the car and came over to the other side to open wills door, "well what a gentleman you are-!" Will giggled, "c'mon let's go!" Mike grabbed will by the wrist taking him over to the ice cream shop.

They pushed the door open and heard a little door warning their entry, an old man came up to the two and stared mike in the eye before looking down at his neck and letting out a big sigh.

The two boys smirked and looked at eachother, " flavors?" The old man asked looking as if he hated his job, "strawberry!" Will said bouncy his feet up and down with his hands on the counter.

"Vanilla-" mike said causing will to swing his head over to mike in "shock" he dramatically dropped his jaw, "vanillas so basic!" Will complained, "vanillas good though, I mean are you going to tell me you don't like vanilla cream cakes?"
