Mike Walker into the byers house and got welcomed by Joyce's smile "hey mom I need to talk to you in private!" But Joyce stopped will right in his tracks.

"Anything you tell me you can tell Mike..we don't hide things from our partners-" will sighed and nodded he mostly didn't want mike to be embarrassed since argyle and Jonathan were cuddling on the couch and eleven was on the recliner.

"Mike had to leave his house because his parents found out me and him are dating.." quite literally everyone in the room turned their heads to look at mike.

El looked over and took a entirely close look at mike she had a hint of worry and care on her face when mike looked over at her she quickly looked away and went back to reading her book pretending she didn't care.

"Are you still feeling bad dear?" Joyce asked mike as she brought him over to the kitchen "let me get you some meds, are you hungry have you eaten dinner yet?" Joyce started caring for mike.

"I ate a banana?" Mike smiled at the care we was experiencing, Joyce went through the cabinets, "ill warm up some leftovers for you dear.."

Will came up behind mike and wrapped his arms around Mike's waist setting his head on Mike's shoulder with a big smile.

"No kissing boys, will doesn't need to be getting sick too!" Will and mike looked at eachother embarrassingly, as you could hear argyle from across the room, "haha, that's so gay!" Argyle laughed and Jonathan hit him in the back of the head, "were gay idiot!"

"Oh yeah we are aren't we?" Argyle chuckled, mike and will turned their heads faster than the speed of light, "y'all are official!?" Will asked in shock.

Jonathan and argyle nodded at the two boys, then mike got an intrigued face on, "does hop know!?" He asked because judging from his experience hopper isn't a large embracer.

"No, we're not gonna tell him yet" mike giggled, "mm I don't suggest you do for a while!" Will grasped for a moment and ran to his room, "mike come here I have something to show you?"

Mike headed for Will's room, "three inches..." Joyce said as mike walked down the hall, "yeah, yeah!" Will shouted and mike tapped his foot in agreement.

When mike got there will had a bunch of baby kittens scattered on his bed, "oh my gosh their so adorable.." mike had a bit of a squeal on his face but could barely let out any excitement due to his sore throat .

Will smirked "I've been taking care of them.." mike wheezed, "we could be like their parents?!" And with that will got a great idea.

Will ran to the kitchen and went straight to his mom who was warming up some leftovers, "where's my old playpen from when I was a baby?!" Joyce responded without a thought about what words were coming out of her mouth next.

"The shed in the back" the moment those words slid into wills ears memory's shot through his brain and his breath got sharp, as he let out a stutter "w-what?" Joyce turned around "the sh- oh no no no!" Joyce ran over to her baby boy.

He was already folded into a ball, his nails digging into his skin as his older brother ran up to him in worry, "will! Will it's okay we're here!!"

Will began to walk back and forth his breathe came out sharp and fast one after another, he couldn't breathe anymore.

"Mike! Mike! Mike!" Will asked for the only person he ever asked for when he was in the darkest places, el instantly ran to the bedroom in a rush.

"Will needs you. Like now!" Mike looked up from the kittens he was playing with and peeked his head out the door, straight down the hall was the tall boy bundled in a ball calling for his... boyfriend

Mike rushed over to will and sat down behind him, his legs wrapped besides wills and he wrapped his arms around wills rocking the two back and forth.

"Shhh..shhh your okay, shhh will the wise is okay.." mike comforted will extremely well as if this happens all the time, though Joyce was worried she knew mike could handle this.

Wills breaths still sped out of his mouth fastly, but then he turned around and hugged mike tears rolled down his cheeks, mike set his hand behind wills head.

"Shhhh I know, I know babe..breathe, just breathe" mike just sat there because he knew he couldn't carry will, Joyce quickly got a glass of water and raided the cabinets for Will's old meds.

"C'mon will let's get up, look around..your okay." Will stood up but just wouldn't let go of mike his hands wrapped around mike.

Mike rubbed wills back and sat on the couch with him wiping the tears gently off wills face as so he was touching 10000 year old glass.

Will wrapped himself around mike not saying one word but just feeling his warmth was all he needed, Joyce walked over and handed mike the glass of water and pills.

Mike looked over at will and told him "hey..take these, say ahh-" in which will opened his mouth as mike slid it in he grabbed the glass of water and tipped it into wills mouth.

After will took his pills they heard a high pitched scream from down the hall, "KITTY'S!!" Mike sighed and set off a warm smile, we know who was gonna be watching the kittens.

After a good 20 minutes, el came and sat down where argyle and Jonathan were cuddling on the same couch as joyce was sitting and el came to sit on the end of the same couch mike and will were cuddling.

They were watching a boring old people sitcom, eventually everyone was asleep but Joyce she set blankets over everyone and started putting up the leftovers she warmed for absolutely nobody.

When hopper came through the door he took a good look at mike and argyle, and looked at Joyce "you don't even have to tell me-" he walked over and kissed Joyce.

"Next thing y'know janes gonna be bringing a girl over.." Joyce laughed at the comment and hugged onto hopper going on to tell him about what happened to will and the situation with Mike and argyle.

(( I actually RLLY like this chapter because it really does show the caring side of mike and the fact he's not that shitty.))
