'the goofy three '

Mike sighed and walked upstairs, Nancy already answered the door and was being hugged and kissed on the cheek by Steve.

Robin was standing awkwardly next to them and gave mike a little wave.

"Hey dude!" Dustin went up to give mike a fist bump.

But before they could start a conversation will walked upstairs with Mike's hoodie and shorts on smiling at them.

Everyone except Nancy turned their heads to look at will and instantly gave mike and will big grins.

"Hey guys!" Will said cheerfully.

Robin leaned in and whispered in Steve's ear "is it just me or are those two lovebirds?" Steve nodded at robin in agreement.

"What are y'all here for anyways?" Mike said in a confused slight cracked voice.

"Oh, we were going to talk to you about a certain bowl..." Dustin was obviously referring to will.

"Huh?" Mike didn't get the hint until Dustin gave him a nervous look, will was just as confused, why are they talking about bowls?

But then it hit mike! "Ohh OH! Yeah the uh-, UHM super bowl?!"

Will continued with hid confused face tilting his head a bit "i thought you didn't like sports?"

" Oh uh it's gonna be my dad's birthday soon?"

Will was getting really suspicious, "your dad's birthday is in October?"

Mike was shit out of luck he didn't have anymore excused but will was to scared to confront him about anything.

"I uh-" mike was out of words and the goofy three were getting nervous, Nancy just wanted to see how this played out.

"Whatever I'm going back to napping!" And will headed back down to the basement couch.

"Dude! We were scared we heard that will was missing?! And his dad was over! You need to call Jonathan right now?!"

Dustin was so worried, but atleast will was at Mike's.

"Yeah I'll call him.." mike responded with a voice crack looking up at Nancy.

Nancy gave him a bit of a saddened look but then smiled and nodded to him reassuringly.

Mike walked down the basement stairs the hard wood stairs creaking each step he took.

Will was laying on the couch staring up at the ceiling.

Mike smiled at him before walking over to the phone and dialed the byers house.

Meanwhile, Steve and Nancy were sitting on the couch practically making out (he was really just continuously pecking her on the lips) and robin had to sit through it.

"Hey what happened with Vicky?"
Dustin asked, he hadn't heard robin talk about her for a few days.

"Oh she has a uh..a boyfriend" robin said a bit sadly still forcing a smile

"Oh I'm sorry man!" Dustin really was but he didn't like serious stuff.

Now back with mike.

Joyce answered with a worried voice "hello?" She came home early after hearing will was missing.

"Hey i know your worried, but worry no more! Wills at my house!"

Joyce let out a sigh of relief"oh goodness.." and then she realized her fruity ass son was at his crushes house since early in the morning on a school day and she let out a louder more surprised "oh goodness!!"

 
She put the phone up to her chest so that mike couldn't hear anything (he still did) "Jonathan!! Jonathan it's happening!' she yelled from across the house.

Jonathan came running from his room high as fuck, "what?! What is it?!"

Joyce smiled widely at him, "your brother got a boy?!'

"Oh my gosh!! Wait..Is it mike?" Jonathan hated mike with every bone in his body.

Joyce couldn't rest her face she was filled with so much JOYce (see what i did there?)

"Yup!"

Jonathan sighed and put on a fake smile "good!!"

Joyce then went back to talking to Mike big smile, "well I'm glad, don't get in to much trouble please!"

Mike laughed lightly "yes ma'am!" And they hung up.

Will smiled at mike, "so are we like boyfriends now?" Mike smiled back "secret boyfriends!"

Will nodded "and your not grossed out?" Mike shook his head, "i wouldn't have kissed you if i was.."

The goofy three, and Nancy were walking down the basement steps not fully coming down, for some reason they had their eyes shut.

"Can we come down?"

Mike and will have them a strange look "uh yeah?" Mike said confusingly in response.

Everyone opened their eyes and Steve looked at the two and Steve added "oh!"

Everyone came down and tried to fit on the singular couch, mike and will were next to eachother, and Steve and Nancy were next to eachother.

Dustin was on the arm rest next to will, and robin was on the arm rest next to Nancy.

"So now that we're here what do y'all wanna do?" Dustin asked.

Steve wanting to makeout with Nancy and be a matchmaker blurted out "spin the bottle!"
