A/N: A place where I rant about random things, but not necessarily venting.
Why do people use the term "pick me girl" as a filler insult? Like seriously, half the time it doesn't make sense! *Insert high pitched, obnoxious voice here* "Well you dress like a tomboy and refuse to wear girly things, so you're obviously trying to get a boy's attention!" or "How dare you dress feminine, dressing feminine is girly and gross! Stop trying to show off your body to them, you're such a pick me girl!" Blah, blah, blah, more bitching and moaning! First of all, just because I don't hate all men and defend a genuinely good guy from a crazy ass bitch doesn't make me a pick me girl. It's called common human decency and being the voice for others who can't speak for themselves when needed. So shut up. And what does being a tomboy have to do with getting a guy's attention??? I wear men's clothing because it makes me feel more confident and it's sooo much more comfortable than skirts, short shorts, dresses, whatever! And just because I like to dress modestly doesn't mean I hate other women who dress immodestly. I honestly don't care how they dress so long as they aren't full on naked with just a few strings covering them up. They can wear a crop top for all I care. Dressing feminine is fine, it's the norm for women nowadays anyway and it always has been. So stop trying to slut shame women and call them pick me's just because they wear a Goddamn crop top! And I usually get along better with guys than I do girls, because their energy is similar to mine. Not because I want to get fucking gang banged by them! Get over yourself!
God.
