• THE START •
a note of gratitude for being by my side, for holding onto me while my sorrows I had to hide; for having my back at times i thought I'd give up, for actually listening instead of being judging me for my crest and trough; for believing in me when i lost faith in the self, for actually being there when i screamed for help; for the promise I'd a forever, and breaking it literally never. i see beauty in you because you've touched my soul, and somehow you've through words managed to heal every hole; i see the light you carry around, i see the compassion and empathy with which to people you're bound; i see you fear yet never lose hope, i witness you fight as with small victories others elope; i see you building into a person the world would admire, i notice you build into the one everyone would desire; and i know I'll have a piece of you, though I'd want all of them and not just a few; but it happens to be untrue, and through force i don't want what we have to rue; you're a bird meant to fly, not the one who's caged and to his master would comply!! you are meant to roar, you're like an eagle meant high time soar. i wish we could continue what we have, maybe like controlling a reaction in the lab; but we are a part of the plan the universe has built, and thus need to be free from our desires and all our guilt.
