• THE START •
as the day passes and deeds get done, i loose what i ought to be and prepare myself for the real fun; the day slacks off, and as everyone is in the run for being at the top; i immerse myself in my head, it is the evilest and finest of all - being said. i look around for peace, but all that i see is the darkness and hollowness that tease; there's chaos and hunger, there's no kindness and bets are being placed for an animal's ripped off fur; there's laughter all so fake, there's love only for one's own sake; there's humanity rotting as a corpse, there's coldness as one's downfall with another's success morphs; there's blood dripping from an angel's heart, there's joy radiating through the devil's soul. there's victory to the evil, there's shame and defeat to the empath. so i retreat into the self, as i know there's no use when drowning to call for help; i see the jealousy peeping through smiles, i see the pain reflecting through strength held for miles; i see the eagerness to win, i see the way opponent's defeat brings a grin; i see people excited for their enemy to loose more than themselves winning, i then know for sure there's no purity and we are all here sinning. so, i do what i am supposed to; after all being a human is such a rue; you earn for freedom, work to earn loosing your freedom; you smile when you win, yet are tensed to always keep winning; you cry when you're upset and turn anxious when there's nothing to be upset over; you live yourself, and yet for a living you loose that very self. after all, it's the silence of the night that soothes you down, it's the arrival of the dusk that lessens your frown; it's the peace of the dark that haunts your body but calms your soul; it's the life in the hiding and stillness that for the next day keeps you whole. so as the day passes and deeds get done, i loose what i ought to be and prepare myself for the real fun.
