LILIYA PULLED OUT her books from her locker, a smile sat on her face as she closed the metal door and began walking to her first class.

Maths.

She's not the best at maths, in fact she's shocked she's even passing, she is terrible at it. She held her books tightly against her chest and walked through the door, greeting the teacher at the desk.

"Good-morning," the teacher looked up at the student and smiled nodding his head, "good morning Liliya - do you think you could do me a massive favour?"

He asked, as he stood up straight. Liliya nodded her head and readjusted her books in her hands, "oh sure!"

"Great!" He spoke, clapping his hands together, "we have a new student and Carla was asked to look after her, do you think you could sit over there instead?" He asked, pointing to a double table at the front.

Liliya smiled and nodded, "of course!" She gave one final nod before walking over to her new seat and sitting down in her chair. She placed her notebook down and fiddled with her pencil, waiting for the lesson to begin.

After a few minutes everyone was finally seated, except from the seat next to hers, she opened her notebook and wrote the date, getting ready to copy down the notes before someone opened the door to the classroom.

"I apologise that he was late, he was with me!" The teacher spoke cheerfully, the teacher brushed it off and smiled to the woman. "No no Allie, it's all good."

A few students smirked as Liliya only watched the two interact, the boy walked over and sat down in the seat next to her, "your my new partner?" He asked, a grin on his face.

"I guess so," Liliya shrugged, before writing down the notes the teacher wrote on the whiteboard.

After about twenty minutes into the lesson, a note was passed to her, she turned her head to look at the boy who just gave her an expectant glance. She unfolded the note and looked at it,
