Chapter Thirty-Five: Betray Me

I hugged my arms tighter as the wind blew wildly around me. The chill from the afternoon air surrounds me and I could almost taste the saltiness of the sea as I walk along the shore. My feet dug into the sand each time I place one foot in front of the other embedding footprints on the wet sand that was also immediately washed off whenever the sea water would meet the sand. My mind wondered back to the nagging feeling na may nabuo kami ni Jophiel. I'm not sure if I am indeed pregnant but everything feels off. I get dizzy every now and then and my breast feels a little more sensitive than usual. 

Isang linggo na din ang lumipas simula ng bumisita ang doctor rito. He gave me a plan b pill and at the same time nagiwan siya ng bote ng contraceptive pills but I never really took it for the fact that way before the time that night happened where in Jophiel fully cummed in me there were also times like in the shower or kung saan man kami maabutan that he wasn't able to pull out fast enough. Halos dalawang buwan nadin ako walang dalaw, at first I thought that it was just because of my hormones but I think, ngayon, buntis ako. 

I looked up at the sky and prayed a silent prayer before I took in a deep breath as I watch how the sun meets the horizon as it sets so that the moon could slowly give luminescence to the dark night. My feet halted steps when I heard the familiar sound of the helicopter that was approaching the island. A smile spread on my lips and my heart started to thump erratically. 

I made my way back to the mansion where the maids and other staff were all waiting for Jophiel. It didn't take long before the helicopter landed a few feet away from the mansion. I squinted my eyes to prevent the small particles of sand to flew straight into my eyes and held my hand as a shield in front of my face to further avert the sand that would fly in my direction. When the blades of the helicopter finally stopped spinning, I then walked towards it para salubungin si Jophiel. It was his armed bodyguards who went out the aircraft then my husband emerged from the cockpit. Apparently siya pala ang nagpalipad ng helicopter. He doesn't usually do it because he has his own pilot to do so but I guess he wanted a change for today's flight. Tiwala naman ako sakanya because he's an experience pilot himself. Aside from venturing on his businesses he also has a flying license. 

My breath got caught in my lungs at di ko mapigilang mapasinghap when my husband strutted towards me in his crisp all black suit at nakapagpagwapo pa lalo ang aviators na suot suot niya. He removed his sunglasses and pocketed it at napangisi siya ng magtama ang mga mata namin. He knows how his mere gaze affects me. I bit my lips as heat travels toward my cheek. Agad naman niya akong niyakap ng mapagabot kami. His arms automatically wrapped around my waist and I hooked my arms around his neck as our lips meet after a long day without seeing each other. His thumb caresses my waist that sent a tickling sensation up my spine. He deepened the kiss but I immediately pulled back!. Halos lahat ng staff ay narito para salubungin siya at nakakahiya if they'll see how depraved my husband can get!. 

His lips went my cheek at lalo akong namula when he bit my earlobe lightly before whispering "Still shy are we. Let's go upstairs so that I can show my wife how I missed her today."

I smiled flirtatiously and looked up to him with my innocent doe eye. "But we haven't had our dinner yet."

Jophiel chuckled sexily before leaning down once again. "I'm sure mabubusog ka sa ipapakain ko sayo." 

I blushed deep at hinapas ko ang braso niya!. Napakabastos talaga ng bunganga ng isang 'to!. God he's such a brute. Well, a sexy brute. 

We walked hand in hand papasok ng mansyon at agad nawala ang ngiti sa aking labi ng magtama ang tingin namin ni Helga. I don't understand why this woman wouldn't leave my husband alone. Hindi lang ako nagsasalita dahil labas na ako sa nakaraang meron sila at narinig ko mula sa bibig ni Jophiel that he clearly dislikes her but the thing is... even if he shows her that he's only taking her in because of charity, I don't think that Helga sees is that way. Dahil sa tingin ko nagdedelusyon 'tong babaeng 'to na may kalalbasan ang kabaitan ni Jophiel sakanya. I smiled evily. Tutal ay hindi ko macontact si Georgina and it seems like I'm stuck in this place for God knows how long, I'll make this place as homey as possible at walang sisira noon. The least that I can have from being in this situation is getting a fucking peace of mind at si helga...siya ang sumisira noon.
