Jimin's POV 💫

After our recording session ended, Lily and I sit on the couch in her studio, and I confide in her about what has been happening with Dallia and how I'm both excited to be with her -but also nervous about what may come. I've already had my heart broken before, and that memory of a past relationship gone sour still weighs on me heavily.

"Jimin, how long have we been friends now?" Lily asks while taking my hand in hers and giving it a squeeze.

"It's been quite a few years now, Lily," I reply as little flashes of our friendship float through my mind. I think about how special Lily is to me. At one time, I even thought Lily and I might end up together until I saw how she looked at Yoongi, and I immediately brushed those notions away, knowing we were instead meant to be two spirits bonded in the closest of friendships.

"Right, and wouldn't you say I know you pretty damn well?" she smirks.

"Well, you have had your tongue buried in my ear before, so I would say so," I joke sassily while cocking my eyebrow at her.

"Park Jimin!" she laughs good-naturedly when I bring up an incident that occurred before she was with Yoongi.

"Sorry," I laugh while falling back on the couch cushions.

"ANY WAY," she snorts. "We are always going to have a special connection, and believe me, when I tell you, I only get good vibes from the times I've seen you interact with Dallia. I'm telling you, Jimin. I think she's right for you. So my advice to you is to go forward without fear and love her fiercely."

"Love? Hey, let's not get ahead of ourselves," I blush as I get up and give Lily a quick hug so I can get over to my lesson with Dallia.

"I'm not," she smiles, causing me to shake my head at her, the crimson shade on my cheeks only growing deeper. She's just as bad as Tae when it comes to matchmaking, she tries to hide it behind her badass rock and roll persona, but I know her better than that. "Okay, go on and get out of here. Go see your woman! Yoongi is on his way to help me finish up a track.

"I'll see you next time. Thanks for the advice, Lil," I say and then over to Dallia's side of the building.

💜

This is the first time I don't hide around the corner for Ye-Joon to exit his lesson. We're well beyond that point now. This time I stand leaning against the wall opposite the classroom door while I scroll my phone, patiently waiting for my lesson.

When the door opens, Ye-Joon's eyes widen for a moment when he notices me. I look him directly in the eye and nod before my eyes drift over to Dallia. "Lovely, I'm ready for my lesson," I say confidently.

"Pfft, so much for not getting involved with your students," I hear Ye-Joon mutter.

"Hey, take it easy," I warn with a cocked eyebrow as I imagine how many ways my team could wreck this fucker's life if I gave them the request.

"Boys, that's enough. Ye-Joon, if you are not comfortable taking lessons with me any longer, I understand, but I also won't tolerate this kind of exchange inside my business. Why don't you sleep on it and let me know your decision in the morning?" Dallia speaks up, and I'm so impressed with her.

Ye-Joon mutters something neither of us hears as he walks down the hallway and slides out the exit door, and I wonder if we'll ever see the likes of him again. I follow Dallia into her classroom and then press her up against the wall, "That was sexy as hell," I whisper in her ear.

"No, you're sexy as hell!" she purrs as she wraps her arms around me.

"No, I'm not," I pout. "I have this stupid crooked tooth I keep having to fix," I complain while pointing at the culprit tooth I take issue with. "I've hit it with my microphone more times than I can count!"
