Chp. 29: The Sweetest Song

Jimin's POV 💫

As the afternoon grows later, I have our driver take us on a leisurely drive up the coast. I point out scenic views and make a mental list of all the places I want to take Dallia to someday when we have more time. 

Will I ever have more time?

I push the thought away. Today was the first time in years I felt almost like a normal person. I love my career, I can't imagine doing anything else, but there is something to be said for those quiet moments where I can just be regular Jimin and not idol Jimin.

When we arrive back at the house, the sun is beginning to fade, and I suggest we watch the sunset from the back deck with a glass of wine.

"How about you go into that linen closet over there," I say, pointing at a door. "Pick out a nice warm blanket, and then meet me on the deck."

Dallia kisses my cheek and all but skips to the closet as I carry our wine glasses to the deck. When she arrives, I invite her to snuggle up on the patio furniture, and I start the little gas fire feature built into the coffee table. Dallia claps her hands together in delight when the small fire begins to flame and flicker, casting a warm glow. I love how happy she seems, and I take a seat next to her while we sip our wine and watch as the sun sinks into the horizon.

"This is so beautiful!" Dallia gasps as she snuggles up under the blanket next to me.

"I love having you here," I say as I clink our glasses together and turn my attention back to the sunset. The sunkissed oranges and yellows fade while magnificent blues and purples begin to paint the sky. We sit for a long time, quietly sipping the smooth elixir, and when the sky is completely dark, we enjoy the flickering flames dancing before us.

Dallia shivers for a moment, which is my cue that the night has become too cold to keep my sweetheart outside any longer. "Let's go in," I smile as I extinguish the fire. "Are you hungry?"

"Honestly, I'm still stuffed from our late lunch. The food was so good, I ate...a..lot..." she exaggerates in a cute way while rubbing her palms across her stomach that she puffs out. Dallia has such a good sense of humor, and I love that she can comfortably joke with me.

She stands up and folds the blanket, and I lean over and place a soft kiss on her cheek. "How about I clean up and meet you in the bedroom?" I hear her breath hitch, and she breathes out a quiet "yes," and I love that I can affect her this way. "I'll only be a few minutes. Be naked when I get there..." I whisper into her ear as she whimpers her consent.

I've been waiting for tonight for a long time. Fantasizing about how it would go, and I'm thrilled it's finally coming to fruition. When I enter the room, Dallia has pulled the curtains closed, and she is standing unclothed for me as I requested.

"No other woman in the world could ever compare to you," I whisper in her ear as I come up behind her. I push her silky locks over her shoulder and place kisses down her back. "You are all woman, beautiful curves," I breathe out as she moans. I run my hands over the curves of her hips and then sink my fingertips in, holding her firmly in place. "These hips mesmerize me," I utter and then run the palms of my hands up and down the curve of her ass. "The Gods made no mistakes creating this amazing ass," I continue, letting her know that I couldn't be happier with her body.

"Jimin," she says shakily, and I love how I can summon her arousal with only my words and the slightest of touches.

I begin pulling my clothes off; my sweater drops to the floor with a light thud as I circle her. I watch her eyes drag over my body with hunger. Many people look at me this way, but Dallia is the only person I respond to; she wants regular Jimin -idol Jimin doesn't exist in this space, and it only turns me on more. I finish removing my clothing, leaving only my silver bracelet on. Standing naked, facing each other, I watch as her chest rises and falls, anticipating what I may do next.
