Mya unlocked the door to her small one bedroom apartment, before opening it, carrying a sleeping Silas in his car seat. She made her way inside with the bags and her baby, trying her best not to wake him up. Once she was inside, Mya carefully put Silas in his baby swing to help him sleep a little better while she got everything else settled, and began putting their things away, making sure to check in on Silas after every chore she finished.

"Well he's sleeping. I can take a quick bath," Mya said, looking down at Silas, sleeping cozily in his baby swing, his small head and tiny horns covered by his blue and white star patterned hat. "I can't leave him here by himself." She carefully picked Silas out of the baby swing and carried both him and the swing into the hallway in front of the bathroom. She got him set up in the swing again, before hurrying off to the single bedroom in the apartment, and collecting some clean clothes to put on after she bathed. She then sat her clothes down on top of the closed toilet, and drew herself a warm, slightly hotter bath, undressing as she waited for the tub to fill up. While undressing, Mya looked in the mirror, running her hands over the stretch marks around her stomach. "You really did a number on your mama, kiddo." She looked over at Silas again and smiled softly, before climbing into the tub, sighing happily when she felt her body being submerged in warmth. "Nothing like a warm bath to end a boring day of office work," she muttered, sitting in the water for a bit, before starting to clean her body, not wanting to take too long in the bath with Silas in the hallway.

~Mini Time Skip~

Mya finished her bath and had gotten her clothes on, before carefully moving Silas into the living room where she was planning to spend the rest of her evening. She had made herself dinner and sat down to relax just as Silas woke up, wanting some attention from Mommy.

"Up already?" Mya asked, setting down her leftovers that she was given by Moxxie the day before. Silas rubbed his face, moving around a little in his swing, his little legs stretching out, as he let out a yawn. Mya chuckled softly and got up, walking over to Silas, before turning off the swing, and carefully picking him up. Silas cooed and nuzzled his face into her a little, enjoying her warmth. "May not be as warm as your daddy, but I'm not too bad, right?" Silas cooed in response, enjoying her warmth. Mya chuckled softly and sat down on the couch. She gently cradled him, while waiting for her food to cool, before beginning to eat as she cradled him. "We're gonna need to find a bigger place soon. All our stuff isn't fitting in here too well," Mya said, looking around at all of the baby supplies that wouldn't fit in the room nor the closet in the hallway. "Yeah…I'll start looking at more apartments while I have the office time." She ate her food quietly with one hand, Silas snuggled up in the other. "Don't worry, kiddo. Mama will get this figured out," she reassured, looking down at Silas, who had fallen back asleep. "Daddy must have tuckered you out with yoga." Mya chuckled softly and carefully laid Silas down on his pillow she had in the living room specifically for him to lay on so he was laying comfortably while he was in the living room with her. She made sure he was secure on the pillow, before going back to eating, turning on the tv, keeping the volume low. "Yep, I'm definitely getting the hang of this whole motherhood thing. Not bad Mya, not bad," she said, finishing up her food. She watched a bit more tv, before finally deciding to get some sleep. She checked Silas over, changed his diaper, put him in a clean onesie, and carefully laid him in his bassinet beside her bed, before climbing into bed herself, falling asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow.

~A Few Days Later~

Mya sat in the office, looking at ads for two bedroom apartments for her and Silas to move into.

"Whatcha lookin' at, Nello?" Blitzo asked, looking over Mya's shoulder at the computer monitor.

"I'm looking for bigger apartments. With Silas here now my place is pretty cramped. When I rented my current apartment I wasn't expecting a roommate, let alone pushing one out," Mya said, clicking through advertisements.
