As I came out of the bathroom dressed in a pair of white capris, a white tank top with a black plaid button up long sleeve shirt, and a pair of black vans.

My two duffel bags-along with everyone else's- were lying in a pile, ready to go.

Everyone except Bam and I were in the apartment, everyone else was trying to figure out how we would all fit in the white van that they used for their traveling as a crew, and to also tell the leasing office that I would no longer stay at the apartment complex. I sat on the kitchen-island table and stared at the ground, thinking of what happened this morning when I woke up. Okay, so my uncle Johnny told me that I was part of the Jackass crew, and then confetti everywhere, then a big group hug. I puffed out my cheeks and thought really hard about what was going to happen. My thoughts were suddenly interrupted when a finger poked my cheek.

Air, accompanied by a weird sound that sounded like farting, was let out, causing someone to chuckle and say, "Kit-Kat? You look kinda lost and sad... Are you okay?"

Bam grinned with a twinkle in his eye. I furrowed my brows and tried to smile, but ended up just grimacing.

"I'm fine," I lied and jumped off the kitchen island table. Arms wrapped around my waist and I was lifted off of my feet.

A chin rested on my shoulder, "I know something's up," Bam accused and I blushed, not wanting to tell him about my awkward dream last night I had of him kissing the girl as they were floating on top of a pool of blood where everyone was drowning.

"Okay Bam, I'll tell you if you let me down first," I managed to croak.

Bam let me down out of his tight grasp and I let out a heavy sigh, then sucked air into my lungs.

"Sorry," Bam laughed and I pouted.

"Well, I was going to tell you-" I was cut off when Ryan opened the door along with Steve-O.

"Oh, thanks for interrupting." Bam said flatly.

"No problem, bud!" Ryan retorted and grabbed three duffel bags.

Steve-O also grabbed three duffel bags- two of them were mine.

"It's okay, Steve-O, you don't have to take-"

"Don't worry about it, Katie, I can handle it."

"But-"

"No buts!" And with that, Ryan and Steve-O left, leaving two more duffel bags on the ground.

"As you were saying?" Bam asked.

"O-Oh yeah..." I stuttered and looked at the ground, afraid to look into his blue eyes.

"I had a really scary nightmare last night- about you and this girl making out when everybody was drowning in a big pool of blood," I gasped for air and still stared straight at the ground, still scared to look him in the eyes.

I mustered up some courage and slowly brought my head up from looking at my shoes, but was met by a nose touching mine. I was now staring into Bam's eyes, our lips one inch from touching.

"Katie," he whispered quietly, "I-"

The door swung open and I jumped, I jerked my face away from his and put all of my attention to the door, freaked out that someone had just interrupted.

Ryan stood at the doorway, shades on, his hair gelled in its usual spiky way. "Come on guys, get your asses movin'!" he exclaimed and took the rest of the duffel bags. Before he left, Ryan shifted the navy blue duffel bag into his left hand, reached into his pocket, and pulled out a small silver key and tossed it to me.

Bam looked flatly at Ryan and followed out the door, cursing under his breath. I checked everything in the apartment and took a last look at everything. Wow. I just stayed here for 24 hours, and it already looked like it was used for a year already. I laughed at the pins that we stuck to the wall after pranking Chris. I walked around and saw a yellow stain on the wall.

Weird... I don't remember seeing that stain there before.

I shivered and decided not to touch it. Who the hell knows what happened last night when I was sleeping? I took my small black leather strap-over bag and put it over my chest along with my old Nokia phone, gum, and my wallet inside.

Sighing, I closed the door of my apartment and locked it.

"Where are we going next?" I asked my Uncle as he closed the back doors of the ash-grey colored van.

"To your high school." He turned his head towards me and grinned.

I tried to look him in the eyes and read what he was up to, but couldn't see behind the tint of his Aviator sunglasses. "Okay..." I sighed and got into the van.

Inside the van, there were three sections of seats, which could easily fit three or four people if they were skinny enough. Steve-O sat in the very back along with Bam, I wouldn't think that sitting next to both of them would be the best idea right now. Ryan along with Dave and Chris sat at the second to last section of the back. The last section, my uncle Johnny was sitting in and patting the seat next to him. I slid in next to him.

"Guys, who's driving?"

A head popped out from behind the driver's seat. A short man glanced at me and started the van, causing it to roar to life.

I looked awkwardly at my shoes and then outside the window to my left, my eyes big.

"Are you okay, Katie?" My uncle asked and rested his arm along the seat.

I turned to him quickly and tried to smile but ended up putting up a pained expression.

"I'm fine..." I croaked back, trying to sound as normal as possible.

I closed my eyes, tilted my head backwards, trying to relax. I slowly opened my eyes and saw Chris' smiling face.

"Hey there, beautiful," Chris winked; I heard a slapping noise and Chris looked behind him complaining, "Steve-O! Ya didn't have to slap my ass..."

"Dude, I didn't slap your ass. It was all Bam," I heard Steve-O laugh. Another slapping noise.

Before I knew it, everyone was slapping each other and fooling around, even my Uncle was turned around, his buttocks sticking straight out, slapping Ryan and Dave.

Wow, my uncle really meant it when he said that I would have to deal with their asses. I sighed and grimaced.

I climbed to the front seat and sat, relieved that I finally had gotten away from their obnoxiousness. I needed time to think.

"Hey," a deep voice came from the driver's seat.

"Look Mr. Driver dude, I'm really, really, sorry that I awkwardly hugged you yesterday and everything but-"

"Eh, don't worry about it. I like hugs. Especially from pretty girls," he replied and added, "My name's Brian. Brian Usher. Katie Yaffery, right?"

I nodded in silence and took a peek at him, he was a pretty young looking guy, he looked like the perfect California guy. Blonde spiky hair, blue eyes, tan skin, chiseled jaw, pretty muscular build. I wondered how a young, not to mention good looking, guy ended up chaperoning these looney, crazy-ass guys.

After five minutes, we pulled up to Polyway High school. Today was Monday, and that meant bleak, gloomy students, walking around campus.

I shrunk in my seat, not wanting to hear what was going to happen next.

Please don't say it. Please. Please. Please! I panicked in my head.

"Alright," my uncle leaned over, grunted and opened the door of the white van, "let's get this party started!"

"Huh?" Was all I could say.

Before I knew it, everyone had already loaded out of the van. Bam, Dave, Chris, Ryan, and Steve-O stood outside along with my uncle, grinning at me childishly. I rolled my eyes and stepped out of the van, letting my feet pound on rthe cement when I leaped out.

"Alright then guys, let's roll."
