Third Person's P. O. V

"Jennie?!" Liam calls, looking around the woods. "Jennie, where are you?!" he calls again while flashing his flashlight everywhere.

He looks up and noticed that the sky is getting darker, looks like its going to rain soon. "Jennie!"

A few moments later, he felt something wet dropping on his face.

"Shoot!" the rain starts to pour, soaking him. He groans but decides to continue looking for the brunette.

A figure not far from his right, caught his attention. It was the girl he's been looking for.

"Oh God, Jennie!" he ran towards the girl who's soaking wet while sitting on a trunk and hugging herself.

Jennie slowly looks up, her eyes swollen as she tries to look at the person in front of her with blurry eyes.

"What are you doing out here?" Liam asks worriedly. Jennie then recognizes the voice as the person she'd been unconsciously waiting for to come and find her.

Liam wraps his arms around the latter. "Can you stand?" Jennie shakes his head. She has been walking for hours, trying to find the way back to the village until she gives up due to being tired.

"I'm gonna carry you, okay?" Liam warns, slipping his hands under Jennie's knees and back as the latter wrap her arms on Liam's neck.

"Where are we g–going?" she shivers, feeling cold. Liam starts to walk while carrying the latter.

"I'm gonna look for a shelter" Liam pants, also feeling the cold breeze as she flashes the flashlight everywhere.

"I don't think there would be a shelter here" Jennie said lowly with closed eyes.

"No, there's gotta be one here" Liam said, squinting his eyes, trying to see his way. Jennie didn't speak, as she unconsciously tightens her hold on the latter's neck, which Liam also did the same.

After what felt like an hour of walking, Liam finally spots a small house that looks abandoned.

"There's one" Jennie slowly opens her eyes when she heard Liam spoke as they both got inside the house. Liam gently puts the girl down on the wide couch.

The house only has a wide couch, a single armchair, a small kitchen and a room that doesn't have a door, only a curtain to cover what's inside.

"I'll try to look if there are spare clothes here" Liam said weakly. Jennie notices this and was about to speak but Liam already left to go to the room.

Liam was not feeling well already. Well of course, who would be okay after looking for someone for hours and getting soaked on rain while carrying a person?

But for him, he doesn't care about it. As long as it would keep the girl safe, he won't complain about it.

He opened a small drawer and saw some towels and clothes, though it was all women's clothes. He took it and brought it to the girl waiting outside the room.

"Here" he said, handing her the towel and a loose white long-sleeved shirt paired with a some shorts.

"Wipe yourself. You can change into those clothes inside the room while I'll wait here" he adds. Jennie just nods her head and mutters a small thank you as she heads inside the room to change.

Liam, who didn't get to find some clothes for him to change, decides to remove his shirt and wipe himself with the extra towel. He sat on the armchair, covering himself with a towel to lessen the coldness he's feeling as he tries to maintain his eyes open.
