Matilda hadn't received her monthly note from 'Ozzy the Tiger' in June, which she figured would be a shining ray of light in her grounded era. Matilda became more disheartened as each day passed, it becoming evident she wasn't going to receive one.
Had I done something wrong? Had I been forgotten by Ozzy the tiger? I never thought it'd hurt so bad, Matilda realised how much those little notes meant to her in a time where she wasn't feeling herself, she felt controlled, weak and alone, like she'd lost either been lost or hurt by everybody.
Even at school, Chrissy now had Jason, Matilda tried to stay around them at school but Jason always gave her the cold shoulder.
Matilda didn't feel welcome anywhere... forgotten. Until the day before summer break... she received a note...
