(Chris p.o.v)

-Walking down the hall I take long and methodical steps while trapped in thought-

-I was still trying to wrap my head around all the girls.....-

-Everything became more and more confusing as time went on, as they get to know me better-

-I mostly felt like a little kid in their group in all honesty....-

-Now I'm just starting to think that being human isn't the only reason they don't really wanna be seen with me.....-

-Stopping outside of medical bay I look in the window to the sleeping Lupa, her eyes tightly shut-

-Mustering up the courage I walk through the doors past a couple of Anthro doctors-

-I receive some glances however they immediately just go back to work-

-Stuffing my hands in my pockets I approach the end of Lupas bed-

Doctor:"I assume you're the human within Alpha Team?"

-Turning my head to the Hyena Anthro doctor I slowly nod my head-

Chris:"How is she?..."

-Grabbing the clip file at the end of her bed he inspects it a moment-

Doctor:"For mutiple gunshot wounds to the back she's holding up pretty well...." -A smirk appeared on his face-

Chris:"Will she wake up soon?..."

-Just as the Doc opens his mouth a familiar voice speaks up-

Lupa:"Ugh god...., no more of that terrible orange juice please...." -The tired Lupa groans out-

-Stepping more up to the bed I see her slowly blink her eyes open-

Lupa:"Mhm?..." -She stretches looking around the room-

Doctor:"I shall leave you two alone..."

Lupa:"Chris?" -Lupa locks eyes with me confusion on her face-

Chris:"Yeah I'm here...."

-Sitting up she takes weary glances at me-

Lupa:"A-are you alright?...."

Chris:"Me?..., really?..., you're asking me if I'm alright?...." -I chuckle out shaking my head-

-She stretches some more while letting out a yawn-

Lupa:"What?..., I was worried okay?"

Chris:"YOU were worried!?"

Lupa:"Yeah!"

Chris:"You were shot mutiple times!" -I exclaim outloud-

-A smirk appeared on her face as she rolls her shoulders-

Chris:"It's not funny!, you could've died!"

Lupa:"That was nothing Chris..., last I remember I went bat shit crazy and sliced your throat...."

Chris:"T-thats..., you're-...., Gah..., fuck it...." -I huff out taking a seat by her bedside-

-She simply glares at me as she tilts her head-

Lupa:"You should've sent me away Chris..., I deserve it...." -Lupa gently speaks-

-Leaning forward in the chair I let out a sigh shaking my head-
