(Chris p.o.v)

*KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK*

-A sudden knock erupts throughout the room making me bolt up into the sitting position-

-Tiredly blinking I sit there for a moment thinking it to be just my imagination-

-However another set of gentle knocks follows up-

*KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK*

-Looking around the electric heaters orange glow provides light for me as I throw the blanket off-

-Getting to my feet I adjust my shirt and pants as I walk towards the door-

-Unlocking the door I open it up feeling the cold air come rushing in-

Chris:"Yeah?" -I tiredly ask rubbing my eye not even looking at who it was-

Adder:"Shit did I wake you?" -The familiar voice of the feline asks-

-Lowering my hand I look at Adder slightly annoyed-

Chris:"Yes..., yes you did...." -I sigh-

Adder:"Fuck, my bad..., I just wanted to talk is all...." -The feline nervously fidgeted on the spot-

Chris:"Well...., I'm awake now so...., what's up?...."

-She seemed slightly confused judging by her facial expression-

Adder:"Uh?.., today?...., at the canteen?" -She slowly says with a worried look-

-My memory quickly comes flooding back as I sigh again-

Chris:"Yeah well...., you said some pretty nasty shit to Lara...."

Adder:"I-I was just joking Chris come on....." -She nervously chuckled-

-Staring at her with a blank face I shake my head-

Chris:"Yeah..., definitely just a joke..."

-The feline let's out a frustrated sigh-

Chris:"Is there something that happened between you two?...."

Chris:"You're constantly fighting whenever I see you two...."

-Adder let's out a scoff-

Adder:"Why are you friends with her Chris?...., she's just some glorified Jock that still thinks she's in high-school"

Adder:"Her popularity phase never really left her..., she treats you like shit and shit behind your back..."

Chris:"She doesn't treat me like shit Adder..., she's actually one of the few that are nice to me...." -I angrily respond-

Adder:"Of course she's nice to your face Chris!, like I said!, she's still in her high-school phase"

-Blankly staring at her I was confused as to what she was talking about-

Adder:"You understand what it is I'm talking about right?....."

Chris:"....."

-Adder finally realises before pinching the space between her eyes-

Adder:"Okay!..., let me explain this to you Chris!"

Adder:"I'm not sure how female humans are..., but female Anthros can be bitchy....."

Adder:"They can be nice to your face, but then talk shit behind your back and make fun of you for reputation"
