CHAPTER 27

LOGAN

                  "MAY GUSTO KA BANG dinner mamaya? Magluluto ako bago umalis."

I watched my wife fixing my necktie. She's really intimidating. Her aura changed after the event. I just can't tell. Otherwise, she's still pretty.

"Hmm? Where are you going, then?" I tried so hard not to held her by her waist.

I'm not sure if I am really forgiven. Hindi naman ako nagmamadali pero hindi ko maiwasang mainip. But with what she's doing now, it is giving me a hope. She's fixing my tie again.

"May kikitain lang ako." I tried so hard not to raised my brow because it might offend her or something. "Isasama ko ang bodyguard at 'wag ka mag-alala, hindi ako nanlalalaki."

"I-I didn't say anything." I denied.

"Anong ngang gusto mong kainin?"

"Hmm. Sasabayan mo ba 'ko mamaya?" She shrugged. Pinagpag niya rin ang coat na suot ko at siniguradong maayos.

"Hindi ko sure. Magsasabi naman ako," She turned her back against me. I can't stop myself from staring her sexy back.

I remembered the day Elvira caught me getting kissed by someone else.

"You are heavily disgusting, Logan!" Elvira cried as she slapped me again. My face turned sideways dahil sa lakas ng sampal niya.

"I didn't do anything wrong! She just popped from somewhere and just kissed me here---"

"Liar! You cheater freak! After everything?! Ngayon pa, ha?! You are disgusting!"

She left me without hearing my explanations. I did everything I can to have her back, of course. Our wedding was one year away and our engagement party will happen five months from now.

"I forgive you... I love you so much, Logan..." I was so happy when she finally took me back.

But it bothers me... why didn't she asked for an explanation and just took me back?

"I love you," I whispered before I kissed her.

She wanted more, so, I give her more. We did what we used to do in her condo. Ilang linggo pa lang kaming wala, miss ko na agad. I'm glad we're together again.

"Make sure you won't come inside... I'm not ready," She moaned. I bit her lips as I did it harder.

I understand her. I am also not in the position to demand a child from her since she needs to push her career first.

But then... a week after that, I caught her making out with someone in her room. It was her intention to get caught since she invited me!

"Why..." I asked, no strength to shout anymore after I beat that manwhore.

Elvira stood up confidently. She looks satisfied with my reaction.

"I only did the same, Logan. Gumanti lang ako. Why do you seemed so hurt, huh? Isn't our relationship exciting? We both did it in our ways. Fair and square. Huwag mo masyadong dibdibin. Isipin mo na lang na... ganti 'yon sa ginawa mo sakin then let's just get back to normal." She said without breaking our eye contact.

I can't believe her. Is she really saying this? Is she serious?

"You're the one's disgusting..." I said.

"W-what?!"

"I can't believe you." I looked at her with disbelief. "There's no wedding anymore. I can never stand the sight of you."
