Brushing aside the problem you might have with the boys you dash over to Robin's car and hop into the back seat. Law follows after you, sighing at your sudden enthusiasm. Robin chuckles and gets into the drivers side, laughing softly at the both of you.
You were practically in his lap with a huge grin on your face, Law just kept sighing, but couldn't help bit smile slightly at how happy you were suddenly.
"So...did you look up placed for dogs or did you spend the whole night staring at him?" Robin asks as she pulls out onto the street. You blush a bit and move to the other side of the car behind Robin and grin at her when she looks in the rear view mirror.
"Yes! I got a few places where we can find each dog at..." You said, pulling out the notebook you brought with you and hand it to her on the page with the addresses.
"Okay we'll go out and work our way back in, that way it will be a short drive to get back to the house..." She says while pulling onto one of the main roads.
"Hopefully it will be before the boys get home..." You said absently as you stared out the window.
The first place was an owner of a large Husky, when you got there she had a small fenced off area where a bunch of little puppies were running around. You aww'd at all of them and had to resist the urge to scoop them all up and take them home.
When you talked to the woman she had explained in extreme detail how to care for this particular breed, about halfway through the explanation you were lost, one glance at Law though showed he was keeping up with the woman, glad someone was...
After spending an hour with the woman and the pups she let you pick one out, and you looked between all of them, unsure if you could ever choose which one would be best. But then you noticed the smallest one, it looked like a typical husky with bright blue eyes, but it was obviously the runt of the pack. So you picked this one, you'd let Luffy name him when he came home.
You also bought some dog treats and toys from the woman and then it was off onto the next place.
The next place also had Husky's but you had already gotten one so you ended up leaving, not able to find any of the other dogs. In the next place though you had a bit more luck.
You found a litter of retriever at the next location, all of them with bright golden fur, it reminded you of Sabo's hair and absently you wondered if that played into why he'd want one...
You picked out one that's fur was brighter than the others, leaning more towards a pale gold. This one was a female, you wondered if that would be okay for Sabo....she has grassy green eyes and her hair curls a bit. She licks your face happily as Robin drives on to the next place, Law holds the hyper Husky as he tries to sniff everything.
The next few places didn't have a German Shepherd and you were starting to feel hungry, it was around one in the afternoon now.
"Uh oh..." You muttered, staring at the time on the dashboard.
"Ah...they get home in an hour and a half..." Robin says, turning into the driveway of the next place.
"Fingers crossed guys..." You mutter, putting the two puppies on their leashes you hand them to Law, who stares at them with a frown on his face.
