In a few hours you were home.
And you were well aware of the fact Law would kill you once he got home.
You sat on your beanbag chain in front of the TV, you had just gotten off the phone with Law when Chopper runs into the room, being chased by a golden retriever that tackles him and licks the boy's face, Chopper giggles loudly and you chuckle at this.
This boy could rival Luffy's cuteness, and that was most definitely a feat.
You have officially adopted, three more boy's. Your beginning to think Three is a magic number in your life.
Who are they you ask?
Well...
Chopper is one, the boy who has to have a blue band aid on his nose. If he doesn't have it he breaks down and gets very upset. It's a little weird, but when you asked why he needed it he just falls silent and looks very sad, you absently hope he'll tell you one day.
Usopp entered the room next, a sketchbook in his arms, he takes a seat on the couch next to the third boy.
Usopp had gotten that sketchbook from your room, it being one of the ones you hadn't used yet, he had been drawing in it all day, and it turned out he was pretty good at it too.
The third boy, who was staring at you steadily, waiting for you to continue playing, so turning around you unpaused the game and continues your adventure.
Marco, Ace's friend, was sitting on the couch cross legged and his arms on his lap. He had been watching you play the game since you've gotten home.
"You wanna play?" You ask him suddenly and he glances away from the screen and down to you. He gets up and walks over to you and you hand him the controller and get off the chair, which he plops onto as soon as your out of the way.
You think you've found your gaming buddy.
You were a bit surprised when Marco actually accepted moving in here, granted he'd leave once he was sixteen.
"You want to take me too..?" The blonde asks calmly, looking away from you, finding the floor much more interesting at the moment.
"Yes..! This place isn't meant for children, knowing you here...I...I'd feel terrible if I left you here!" You said with a determined expression, the blonde is a bit taken a back by your attitude. He says nothing for a few minutes and your sure he's never going to answer you, when suddenly he looks back up, his expression neutral.
"Okay." He says plainly and you sweatdrop a bit.
"Ju-Just okay..?" You ask and he frowns slightly.
"That's what I said, but I'll be leaving when I'm sixteen." He says and you nod slowly.
"Oh...Okay."
You sweatdrop a bit while remembering the the conversation as you watch him continue the game you were playing.
"What a weird boy..." You mutter and Usopp looks at you.
"Hmm?" He asks and you shake your head.
"Nothing, nothing..." You wave him off and he tilts his head a bit.
Mera the Shepherd puppy takes this moment to tackle Usopp, seeing as he finally looked away from his sketchbook.
"Noooo Meeeraaaa..!" The boy whines and you laugh at them.
"(Naaaame) Make him get off!" The long nose child whines and you lean over, picking up the puppy and place him in your lap. Usopp sits up and checks his drawing, smiling when he notices it wasn't ruined.
"Bad Mera, you don't jump people like that..!" You scold the dog lightly, scratching behind it's ears. Mugiwara comes barreling down the steps and runs into the dining room, a split second later Shi comes down, chasing him.
"Hey hey hey!" You put Mera on the ground and walk into the dining room, bending over and scooping up a hyper Husky.
"No running..!" You pat the dog as the Shepsky circles you, wanting his playmate back. You put the Husky down and Shi tackles him, they start rolling around the floor. Libera shows up a second later, tackling the both of them, you giggle a bit.
Puppies are so cute..
Chopper runs into the room, following Libera.
You spend the next few hours playing with the puppies and Chopper, eventually Usopp joins in too, but Marco doesn't put down the controller, you do see him glance in everyone's direction, but chooses to stay put.
It was around six when you stopped playing.
"Alright guys, time for dinner!" You call out and the three look at you.
"What do you guys want?" You ask and they all think for a moment.
"I dunno.." Usopp shrugs and Choppers tilts his head a bit. Marco chooses to remain silent.
"Uh...how...how abooout....hamburgers?" You ask and Chopper and Usopp's eyes light up.
"Yeah!" They cheer and you grin and look at Marco who shrugs a bit.
"Oookay.." You frown at the blondes attitude but then shrug it off.
"I know a good burger place...so to the car!" You pose dramatically and Usopp and Chopper laugh, Marco stifles his laughter and gives you a weird look.
"You weird." He says and you pout at him.
"And your a pineapple..Let's go!" You cheer and the other two cheer with you while Marco just scowls at you.
"Good thing I made Law and the boys take a bus!" You laugh, rushing out the front door, heading towards Law's sleek dark car.
